Welcome to Century One 1008, a spacious and inviting 2-bedroom, 2-bath oceanfront condo offering breathtaking Atlantic views and a classic Ocean City beach experience. Spanning approximately 1,260 square feet across two levels, this well-maintained retreat is ideal for families or couples looking for comfort, views, and a true beachfront location.



The main living level features a bright, open living area with comfortable seating, cable TV, and sliding glass doors that lead directly to the oceanfront balcony, where you can relax and take in uninterrupted beach and ocean views. The fully equipped kitchen makes meals at home easy and includes a Keurig pod-style coffee maker (please bring your preferred pods). A sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping flexibility.



Upstairs, the primary bedroom offers a Queen bed and stunning oceanfront views, allowing you to wake up to the sights and sounds of the ocean. The second bedroom also features a Queen bed and overlooks the bay, offering peaceful water views in the opposite direction. Both bathrooms are clean, functional, and conveniently located for easy access from each bedroom and common areas.



Guests also have access to a private beach locker, stocked with 6 beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a boogie board, and children’s beach toys—making beach days easy and convenient without the need to bring your own gear.



From the moment you arrive, we want you to feel at home. That’s why we provide a complimentary starter kit with essentials for your stay. The kit includes body soap, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, and a sponge — everything you need to get settled in right away.



All linens and bath towels are included with your stay, and every bed will be freshly made before you arrive.

What is the minimum age to rent?

✹ Guests must be at least 25 years old to book and must be present for the entire stay. Parents cannot rent on behalf of guests under 25.

We’re delighted to welcome you to one of our vacation homes and want your stay to be as enjoyable as possible. Please note that coastal environments may include shifting weather, nearby construction, town events, or local wildlife such as seagulls or insects. These are part of Ocean City’s natural setting.



If something isn’t working properly during your stay, please notify us promptly. A quick photo is helpful, and our team typically responds quickly to resolve issues with minimal disruption. Maintenance-related concerns do not qualify for refunds.



All rentals include our full linen and towel package. Every bed is made prior to arrival, and each guest receives one bath towel along with fresh sheets and pillowcases.



After booking you will be asked to complete a check-in form. This form includes providing your name, contact information, birthday, government photo ID, and signing rental lease agreement. This is to ensure age, identity, and protection of our home.



Please respect the home as if it were your own. An additional $500 excessive cleaning fee may apply if the property is left in unacceptable condition.



Ocean City enforces local noise ordinances under Maryland law. Excessive noise may result in eviction without refund.



Each property has its own set of house rules. Completing your booking confirms your agreement to follow them. Failure to comply may result in fines or removal without refund.
