The pool is heated to a healthy and comfortable temperature. We have a wonderful pool technician to clean and monitor it before you check-in. However, at times, the pool can still feel chilly to some young children. Whenever that occurs, we always try to accommodate the request to increase the pool temperature by sending in our pool maintenance crew.

Outdoor Pool Heating Information (Seasonal Pricing)

Pool heating is available upon request and is priced based on the season:

• November – March: $100 per night
• April, May & October (Shoulder Season): $75 per night
• June – September (Summer Months): $50 per night (typically not required due to warmer temperatures)

Pool will be targeted to be heated to 84°F (+/- 3°F)

Please note that heating must be requested 24 hours in advance to allow our pool team sufficient time to prepare the pool for your stay.


Propane Grill Note:
The property includes a propane grill with a small tank. While our team makes every effort to keep it filled, we cannot guarantee the tank will always last for the duration of your stay. For uninterrupted grilling, guests are welcome to bring an extra propane tank and may take it with them upon departure.

No Smoking / Vaping Policy

Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including indoors, decks, patios, and common areas.

$500 penalty will be imposed for any violations, plus additional cleaning or damage costs if applicable.

Fireworks Strictly Prohibited

Fireworks are strictly prohibited anywhere within the community and on the property.

Please be respectful of neighboring homes, local regulations, and fire safety requirements. Any use of fireworks may result in a **$250 fine per incident**, in addition to any charges for damages or penalties imposed by the community.

Pet Policy – No Pets Allowed

To ensure a comfortable, clean, and allergen-friendly experience for all guests, pets are not permitted on the property

If any pet is brought onto the property, the following will apply:

• A $750 unauthorized pet fee will be charged to cover additional cleaning and sanitation
• Guests will be financially responsible for any damage caused by the pet, including (but not limited to) furniture, linens, flooring, or outdoor areas
• Any repair or replacement costs will be charged separately based on actual damages
