The pool felt cold but it was not, it was over 80 degrees. The pool room was really warm and the spa was great.

The pool is set to 82° year-round, but it can sometimes feel cooler when the room temperature is higher—totally normal for indoor pools. I have never had hosts treat their guests so well! He was so responsive and answered so quickly. He truly went above and beyond making sure our stay was great! The house was everything we expected and one of the nicest places weve stayed. We will definitely be coming back!!

The description of the bedrooms was slightly off there was only one on the upper level. The pool didn’t feel 82 degrees but the room did. The top step into the pool is slippery and dangerous. We were there for a week so we wished for the trash and the pool to be taken care of while we were there. But overall the house was good and the owners were great with communication. Would come back again!

Dear future guest, We’re always grateful when guests share feedback, because it gives us the chance to highlight what you can expect. Just so you know, the listing description does correctly show three bedrooms on the lower level and one upstairs. For this stay, we also arranged a mid-week trash pickup as soon as we were notified the bin was full — we’re always happy to help with things like that during longer visits. The pool is professionally serviced before every guest’s arrival, and during this stay the temperature held steady at 83 degrees. The pool room itself stays nice and warm, which sometimes makes the water feel cooler by comparison. As with any pool, the steps and surfaces can be slippery when wet, so we encourage guests to use caution. At the end of the day, our goal is for you to feel comfortable, cared for, and confident that what you see in the listing is exactly what you’ll experience. We pride ourselves on great communication and making sure your trip goes as smoothly as possible. We’d love to host you soon!

House was great and the little cabin was a hit with the kids!As for the pool, it was horrible, when we arrive the pool was murky, hair and bugs floating everywhere, filthy….the pool was freezing and the spa heater did not work. We aren’t picky people either but clearly the pool was not being maintained and the pool was never 82 degrees, which was confirmed by the property owner remotely as well as the pool technician that came out…who said the pool and spa was only 73 dregs…We waited a day thinking well maybe the pool will clear / warm up but up, but it never did so we contracted the property owner who sent us an insulting video about how to properly operate the spa….On our last day they sent a technician out to look at the pool, yeah conveniently arrived late in the day… they tried to troubleshoot the pool heater / cleaned the pool apparently but there were still floatiers, hair and remained murky. They found that the main pool filter was not cleaned out, not just floater filter, and the heater was not working and that they need to replace the main board on the controller for the pool.Moral of the story is find a different house or confirm with the property owners the condition of the pool before booking….we didn’t which we shouldn’t have to especially for the money we spent….and we were not refunded for what was clearly false advertising and clear neglect of the property. The property should not be rented if it is not being properly maintained.
