Wonderful stay in a beautiful apartment - it was the perfect size for a getaway! Dionne was very flexible to our requests to check in early and check out late. The apartment was very clean - would definitely stay there again!

Zandvoort's dream house

It was very nice and cozy because we felt at home right away! The owner kept every detail in mind, decorating f.e. the scent, the colour theme and the lights did a beautiful job creating a gorgeous athmosphere. Thanks a lot!

Great location

Everything was better then expected. Great location, third floor easy to access place and really close to the city with food places and everything that you need to enjoy your stay, nice other people in the building as well that rent the place. The only thing I would say that it might be better if there were 2 sofas in the living room, the sofa was so relaxing as well btw!

Enjoyed my stay Perfect location for me. Only complaint. There was no quilt cover on the quilt. And no toaster or iron. Other than that. Lovely little apartment in a great location. Would definitely book again :)

Everything lived up to expectations. The photos are very accurate and the location is wonderful. Great communication and fast response time and resolution when there was a minor issue with the electric supply to the bedroom. Resolved within a couple of hours and clear instructions on how the issue could be resolved should it happen again. It did not. They even allowed a late check out as there was no booking for the following week and the cleaners were able to accommodate this. I would highly recommend this property.

Nice stay - but hospitality and cleaning could be better

In principle a nice apartment in a central location ā€¦ can be very loud in the evenings and nights ā€¦ hospitality and cleaning could also be improved. Dishwasher was still running when we checked in ā€¦ so we had to empty it later on. The fresh towels where a clew on the bed, so we thought this are used onces. Sheets on the bed where stained and not really clean. Everything was very dusty, especially the upper part of the bed, so we needed to dust everything off.

Nicht empfehlenswert

Wir haben dort sechs Tage geschlafen in Staub und Schimmel, allerdings wird Schimmel im Bad und an der LĆ¼ftung nicht als kritisch angesehen. FĆ¼r nuvh jedoch ist Sauberkeit das a&o in einem Air BnB. Das Wasser im linken Waschbecken ist nicht abgelaufen und auf dem Bett, neben dem Bett war alles staubig. Die Bettlaken waren dreckig und der Ofen war auch sehr dreckig. Bei der Abholung der SchlĆ¼ssel lagen diese einfach auf einem Tisch im Eingang wo sie jeder hƤtte nehmen kƶnnen wir wurden auch nicht nach einem Ausweis oder unseren Namen gefragt nur, welches Apartment und haben dann den SchlĆ¼ssel bekommen. Alles in allem wĆ¼rde ich das Air BnB nicht weiterempfehlen.
