This beautiful 3 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom Townhouse is located in the upscale Settler's Creek neighborhood less than a five minute drive from the gondola, shops and restaurants at River Run Village. You are very close to skiing but have the feel of being away from it all with gorgeous mountain views from almost every room.

Within a few steps from the home is the best feature of Settler's Creek, Minnie's Cabin! Enjoy 2 outdoor hot tubs, outdoor heated pool, bbq, indoor/outdoor fireplace and even a pool table you can use while watching the big game! The shuttle stop is a close walk and takes you to River Run Village (Gondola) within minutes.

The townhouse at 1620 sq ft has plenty of space for your family to enjoy a great vacation. There is a master suite with fireplace and jetted tub as well as a queen bedroom with en suite bathroom. We didn't forget the kids, there is a room with two bunks (4 twin beds).

The home also offers a one-car heated garage, washer/dryer in unit, grill, fully equipped kitchen and everything else you should need for a perfect mountain getaway. Once booked our local Property Manager will be available to help with all of your vacation needs.

Perfect stay for our family holiday vacation. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals together. The bunk room was nice for all the boys to be in and everyone had their own bathroom (3 showers comes in handy). The hot tub was enjoyable after a long day on the slopes (be warned, it can get very busy with young kids running around). The garage kept our SUV warm and dry for early mornings and the fireplace was nice to warm up by to end the day. Location is great if you want to get first tracks at Keystone and the Orange route bus is at the end of the street.

Great Condo near Keystone

Loved the place, everything was well kept up. The heated garage and heated floors were amazing. The hot tub and pool were nice to have after a long day on the slopes. We enjoyed our visit and would like to make it back in the future.

Awesome Keystone Property

The property was immaculate! Conveniently located near the shuttle making it easy to get to Keystone village or lifts. The inside has huge ceilings, making it look mich bigger than it is. The heated floors were an added bonus.

Quiet, Cozy Family Getaway

Derek keeps a clean, cozy, well-stocked home that is welcoming and enjoyable to stay in as long as you need. The garage is large enough to fit a full-size Ford Expedition SUV and the driveway is long enough to fit a crew cab, long bed RAM 2500. The neighborhood is peaceful; tucked away in the trees with a community swimming pool, walking trails and a creek for enjoying time with kids. A must stay for anyone visiting the Keystone, Dillon, Silvethorne, Breckenridge area. Thanks, Derek!

Gorgeous view!

We enjoyed our time at this lovely condo. The view is spectacular, and the three full baths make it easy for a larger group to feel comfortable and not cramped. You won't regret your stay!

Great townhouse community with pool and hot tub very short walk away. Loved how much room we had versus a normal vail resort condo rental for the same price.

Perfect holiday break

We spent 5 nights in this lovely condo. For our family of five (3 kids) and an additional adult couple (total 7 people) the condo was the PERFECT size. Everyone had their own space and the shared areas (living, dining, kitchen) more than met our needs. The heated garage and first floor foyer space were amazing added amenities. The garage fit a vehicle (Jeep gladiator) and had plenty of space to store anything else. The foyer area housed all our shoes and cold weather gear for the stay. The condo is close to the tip top shuttle stop. The shuttle runs we're always on time. The resort did an excellent job of keeping snow cleared. Some additional notes: The kitchen table is huge and could seat 8 comfortably but there are only six chairs. Unfortunately all the (3) Humidifiers were broken. The water does get hot but it takes a while to warm up. We didn't have an opportunity to take advantage of the garage gear but there are sleds, bikes, and other gear in the garage, presumably available for renter use. Overall, we had an absolutely wonderful stay. We would highly recommend this unit and would happily stay here again.

Comfortable Condo

Beautiful, clean, well-appointed 3 bedroom condo in a gorgeous upscale neighborhood in the mountains with hiking trails right out of the door. Home is as pictured with every kitchen item needed for enjoying home cooked meals. Spacious and comfortably furnished, we were very pleased.

Nice house

The house was nice and clean and great furniture in the common spaces. Property is managed by a company and as a result you get the bare minimum- 2 trash bags, one dishwasher tab, no laundry detergent, cheap sheets and towels.

Awesome getaway

This property is excellent. We had 2 families and everyone had enough room to spread out and had a great time. As mentioned by others the pool and ski resort shuttle stop are super close which made the weekend with young kids much easier! The condo itself is very cozy and has all the typical things you need/want. The beds were comfortable. I would absolutely recommend staying here.

Great Time at Keystone!

This home was wonderful and the perfect size for two families with small children. We were only a 5 minute drive to the main gondola parking lot for Keystone Mountain. Everything was easy from check-in to amenities, and the property was better than pictures. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Beautiful property and location

We had an amazing trip, this property is well furnished and has all of the things you need for cooking and to relax! The location is perfect for fun on the mountain just a few steps from Minnie’s Cabin and the bus stop. Heated floors make the difference during winter ❄️ We would stay here again!

Mountain paradise

Photos are completely accurate. House was stunning with every comfort imaginable. Lots of hiking options right from the front door. Peaceful community and close to shopping/groceries. Stayed six weeks and had no issues. The pool and hot tub were just steps away and I was normally the only one there. Excellent choice for a relaxing stay.

Perfect for families

This townhome was perfect for our family (8 of us) . Plenty of room for everyone to have a bed to sleep in and keep living areas free for those who were early risers or night owls. Being steps away from Minnie’s cabin for swimming and hang out space was awesome.

We have lived in Denver for 7 years and have enjoyed taking advantage of all the mountains have to offer year round so now that our son is turning four and learning how to ski so we thought it was a perfect time to have a home away from home in the beautiful Rocky Mountains!

After looking at several ski towns and properties we decided Keystone and Settler's Creek were a perfect fit! Keystone is VERY family friendly but still has great restaurants, skiing and fun for all ages. We were hooked on Settler's Creek as soon as we saw the great quality town houses and amazing amenities that Minnie's Cabin offered!
