A well-appointed 2-room apartment (60 m²) for an interior designer and a photographer in the Upper Engadine. Ground-floor unit in a two-family home. Modern architecture for 1–2 people; suitable for both summer and winter. Natural stone, wood, and custom-made furniture. High-end finishes and beautiful details. Large showers, induction cooktop, TV/radio, internet, fireplace, and balcony. Along the side of the parking lot at the aerial cableway, the trails intersect and lead up to the mountain hut. Hikes from the apartment to the mountain hut, or to the lakes, as well as cross-country skiing, are possible. For those who prefer not to cook, there are good restaurants near the hotel. Day trips to Bergell and Chiavenna (30 minutes) or to St. Moritz in the Upper Engadine (20 minutes). The bedroom features a double bed (1.80 x 2.10 m), a spacious closet, a desk, and 2 chairs. Curtains are also included. Shops are located nearby.
Parking is available to guests and included in the price. Shops are available in the village. Even without a car, they are easily accessible. The Engadine is a uniquely picturesque plateau.
Ski area: along a long aerial cableway line, you’ll find cross-country trails, lakes, and a nature reserve—right in front of the house. In the area: St. Moritz and Pontresina are home to a large ski resort. Sleigh rides through the FEX Valley or the Roseggtal are available. Walking trails start right outside the house and are available throughout the region. Trips to Italy to the town of Chiavenna (about 30 minutes by car or bus).
