The apartment is on the sixth floor, which is the top floor of a typical Roman palazzo from the year 1930. It is in the Esquilino district, between the S. Maria Maggiore and S. Croce basilicas in Gerusalemme. It is a multi-ethnic district that is centrally located and is well-connected to the other parts of the city by public transport, but which allows you to visit the sights on foot.
The balcony faces the interior courtyard planted with flower beds, where cedar of Lebanon and magnolia grow. There is a parking deck 200 metres away for parking your car.
The apartment measures around 75m² and features inviting colours. It is comfortably and tastefully furnished and is suitable for five people, who can choose between six beds. The apartment is accessed through an entrance area with a Wi-Fi router, as well as a laptop available for guest use. The living room provides a flatscreen TV with DVBT channels, a wardrobe and a sofa bed for two people. The first bedroom next to it is furnished with a queensize double bed (140 x 190cm), a wardrobe and bedside tables. The second bedroom has two single beds (90 x 190cm), a wardrobe and elegant bedside tables. This room has access to a balcony. The kitchen is fully-equipped, including a gas stove, oven, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. It also has a dining table with chairs, cookware and tableware, cutlery and access to a balcony. The bathroom next to it is fitted with a large shower cubicle and a shoe cupboard. Owing to the high ceilings, the apartment is pleasantly airy. All the rooms have radiators and air conditioning.
There are supermarkets, pizzerias and all kinds of restaurants nearby: Chinese, Korean, Indian etc. Opposite the apartment there is a good ice cream café. The Teatro dell’Opera opera house and the Ambra Jovinelli Theatre are within walking distance. The multi-ethnic street market in Piazza Vittorio is just a few steps away. It is 20 minutes to the Colosseum, 30 minutes to the Spaish Steps and 50 minutes to the Vatican. The apartment has good public transport connections.
