The space
Discover the magic of Hacienda Milagrosaā€”a unique, 6-acre private estate in the scenic NE Tucson foothills. Surrounded by saguaros, mesquite trees, wildflowers, and desert wildlife, this peaceful gated retreat offers breathtaking views of the mountains, sunsets, and twinkling city lights.

Designed for relaxation and connection, the outdoor spaces are truly exceptional. Multiple flagstone patios, a heated pool and spa, an outdoor bar, fire pit, dining areas, and a spacious deck create a resort-style experience perfect for families and friends. The pool feels like a desert oasisā€”secluded, serene, and the ideal gathering place after a day of adventure.

The main home features three upstairs bedrooms and two bathrooms, plus an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area with expansive views and direct access to the upper deck. Cook in a chef-worthy kitchen with high-end appliances, reverse osmosis water, and both drip and Keurig coffee makers. Or have a personal chef cook delicious meals for you, upon request.

Downstairs, you'll find a cozy family room with a large flat-screen TV, a game room with billiards and ping-pong, and a fourth bedroom and bathroomā€”steps from the pool and lounge area.

Pool & spa heat: The spa will be heated for all guests at no additional charge. If you would like the pool heated, there is a $50 per night fee. Please advise if you would like the pool heated for your stay.

Stairs: This property includes both indoor stairs and outdoor stairs leading to the casita and multiple patio areas. Some outdoor steps feature natural stone and flagstone. Itā€™s important that all guests are comfortable navigating stairs and outdoor steps to fully enjoy the property.

R/O drinking water: Enjoy reverse osmosis water filtration systems in the kitchen, casita, and outdoor bar area. No need to bring bottled water.

The house was wonderful. The layout was well suited for a family of 8 adults. The house is beautifully decorated and the grounds are carefully landscaped. The kitchen was equipped with everything needed to cook and feed a large family. The house is up in the hills in a quiet location with great views. Drives to the Saguaro National Park, Sabino Canyon and downtown Tucson are a reasonable distance. All who stayed loved the place and would certainly consider staying there again.

This is an excellent property and location for any traveling groups of cyclists. It is perfectly positioned for access to Mount Lemmon and Le Buzz. Highly recommend staying here.

Absolutely gorgeous property! Plenty of room for my family and great accommodations. There were a couple issues with some of the locks and Rob was quick to respond and take care of it. Overall, it was a great experience!

Sunny Retreat

The property was simply fantastic and exactly as described. The pool and spa were lovely and the heating worked to perfection (pool heating was a very reasonable extra charge and the host made sure to have it on prior to our arrival). Rob, our host, was quick to respond to our questions and even left a few welcome snacks that were a nice touch. The amenities on sight were fantastic. From grills, to board games, to ping pong and billiards and of course the AMAZING views from every inch of the property. Our family had a great time and will definitely be back!

This property, hands down, is the nicest place we have stayed with our family of 11 for our annual trip. Nestled in the foot lands of Mount Lemmon, it is very quiet and private, and itā€™s as gorgeous as the photos project. The interior is adorned with interesting sculptures, paintings, and other art pieces throughout, all skillfully illuminated with the proper lighting. There is always something interesting to catch your eye!The exterior is your private retreat for relaxing either in the pool or hot tub or one of the many lounge areas. If youā€™re inclined, there are 3 grilling areas, one complete with a marble bar, sink, dishwasher, and refrigerator!The kitchen was completely stocked with the necessary appliances and high-end cookware. The bedding, towels, and beach towels were all first class. The property upon arrival was immaculate.In addition to the main house, there is a separate smaller one bedroom, one bathroom Casita. My husband and I stayed there. It was lovely. Large screened windows complete three sides of the Casita. The night sounds and breezes were amazing. Our bed was super comfortable.For this trip, I had booked a professional photographer to take pictures of our family. The original plan was to go to a nearby nature reserve; however, once we arrived at Hacienda Milagrosa Resort, I asked our photographer to use this location. The photos turned out great!I highly recommend staying at the Hacienda Milagrosa Resort. You will not be disappointed.
