Perfect for fishing, boating, families, and a quiet Florida reset. Did I mention this is perfect for fishers? Fun fact: a long time ago, this used to be an old Florida fish camp because of its location!

Sleeping setup (sleeps up to 10 if okay with an air mattress or couch sleeper)
• King bedroom: adjustable king bed with vibrating massage + USB ports, dresser, side tables, and closet, space for crib (travel crib provided), standing desk, private entrance and driveway
• Queen bedroom: queen bed, dresser, side tables + TV
• Twin trundle room: twin daybed with roll-out trundle (great for kids), closet, side table, bench + TV
• If Needed: Air Mattresses and extra blankets for couch sleeping provided!

Kitchen + dining
Fully equipped kitchen for easy meals at home, coffee bar (drip + Keurig), cookware, regular as well as kid-friendly (plastic) dinnerware, misc essentials, and an outdoor grill!

Bathrooms + laundry
Two full bathrooms with extra towels, hair dryers, and step stools for kids. Washer/dryer available for guest use.

Outdoor living
Grill dinner, gather around the firepit under string lights, play various yard games, take kayaks out, or unwind on the dock with your morning coffee. Bring your boat—or rent locally—and spend your days on the water!

• Guests have exclusive access to the home and yard. Some storage areas are locked and not accessible.
• You may occasionally see yard/pest professionals maintaining the exterior.
• Early check-in/late checkout may be available for a fee—please request in advance.
• Dock/boathouse use is at your own risk. Please supervise children near the water. Staying respectful of neighbors (keeping noise to a minimum after dark, keeping vehicles and guests off their property) is essential and enforced.
