Fun fact: a long time ago, this used to be an old Florida fish camp because of its location!

• Queen bedroom: queen bed, dresser, side tables + TV
• Twin trundle room: twin daybed with roll-out trundle (great for kids), closet, side table, bench + TV
• If Needed: Air Mattresses and extra blankets for couch sleeping provided!

Fully equipped kitchen for easy meals at home, coffee bar (drip + Keurig), cookware, regular as well as kid-friendly (plastic) dinnerware, misc essentials, and an outdoor grill!

Two full bathrooms with extra towels, hair dryers, and step stools for kids. Washer/dryer available for guest use.

Grill dinner, gather around the firepit under string lights, play various yard games, take kayaks out, or unwind on the dock with your morning coffee. Bring your boat—or rent locally—and spend your days on the water!

• Dock/boathouse use is at your own risk. Please supervise children near the water. Staying respectful of neighbors (keeping noise to a minimum after dark, keeping vehicles and guests off their property) is essential and enforced.
