If you are coming into to town to work. We have weekly and monthly rental pricing (please ask if you don't see these discounts). We recommend 1 worker per tiny home with a max of 2 adults for this RV - extra fee for 2nd person) .

Welcome to RV Durango 5th Wheel Rental at Tiny Town, Take a break from the city life for the ranch life in the heart of the Texas Hill Country. This RV is situated in our RV park, with a spacious grassy area between the RVs. Can accommodate 2 adults and 2 kids with 3 Queen Beds, a clean modern bath, and a well-equipped kitchenette with essentials for easy meals.

Spend your evenings grilling on the cowboy firepit, with a picnic table for outdoor and relaxing meal, gathering around the Tiny Town community fire pit under wide Texas skies, or swaying in a hammock while visiting friendly cows, mini goats, sheep, and mini donkeys. Enjoy a round of horseshoes in our horseshoe pit over in the Tiny Town area. Wake up to coffee as the sunrise paints the horizon.

✅Rental Rate Structure/Policy
Base rental rate is calculated for 1 person, 0 pets, per night
All guests, including adults and children, and any pets must be accurately submitted at the time of booking to reflect the correct nightly rate
Failure to submit accurate guest counts and pet information will result in rate adjustments
Additional Guest Fees (added to base nightly rate):
Additional adults: $10 per person, per night
Florida Rental Homes and Garland, TX Rental Home: $15 per person, per night
Additional children: $5 per person, per night
Florida Rental Homes and Garland, TX Rental Home: $10 per person, per night
Pet Fees:
Reservations of 1 - 7 nights: $75 per pet, per stay
Reservations of 8 or more nights: $10 per pet, per night
Additional guest fees are standard practice in the short-term rental industry and reflect the proportional costs associated with increased utility usage, property wear and tear, and the overall maintenance required to maintain a quality experience for all guests.
Occupancy and Visitor Policy
Only guests who are registered at the time of booking are permitted on the property during the rental period

Conduct & Noise Policy
No parties of any kind are permitted on the property
Quiet hours are strictly enforced: 9:00 PM - 9:00 AM, both indoors and outdoors
Noise complaints from neighbors or a police response may result in immediate eviction from the property with no refund
Policy Violation & Resolution
All policies stated above are aligned with Airbnb and VRBO platform policies
Any violation of these policies will follow the respective OTA's (Online Travel Agency) resolution process when addressing policy violations
This ensures a fair and standardized resolution process for both guests and the host
