Alpenrose at Mountainside Condo - Pool, Hot Tubs, & Outdoor Adventure!
Our cozy mountain-view condo is thoughtfully designed to help you settle in, relax, and truly feel at home. Enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer, restful king and queen beds with plush pillow tops, and a fun twin-over-full bunk tucked into a private loft space—perfect for kids or extra guests. A pack and play is also available for babies/toddlers. Blackout shades in every bedroom ensure a great night’s sleep after days filled with fresh mountain air.
Whip up a favorite meal in the well-equipped kitchen, then step out onto the deck to soak in sweeping views of Peak One and the surrounding White River National Forest—an ideal spot for morning coffee or a peaceful evening unwind.
You’ll find plenty of thoughtful extras to make your stay even more enjoyable, including books, puzzles, board games, and toys for relaxing indoor moments, plus a deck bin filled with pool toys and sports equipment for outdoor adventures.
The condo complex itself offers an incredible array of amenities to elevate your stay year-round. Take a refreshing dip in the indoor pool, unwind in the indoor hot tub, or soak under the stars in one of three large outdoor hot tubs. Rejuvenate in the sauna or steam room, stay active in the exercise room, or enjoy the convenience of on-site laundry facilities. For a little friendly competition, you’ll find a racquetball court, outdoor tennis court, and sand volleyball court. Guests also love the private fishing pond and the peaceful outdoor green space—often visited by local wildlife, including frequent moose sightings, making it the perfect place to relax and soak in the mountain magic.
Adventure is right outside your door. The condo is just steps from the Temple Trail Recreation Path, offering miles of paved paths for walking and biking, as well as nearby hiking trails and the Frisco Adventure Park. There you’ll find nordic skiing, snowshoeing, a beginner downhill ski hill, tubing, free sledding, and magical horse-drawn sleigh rides in winter. Summer brings mountain biking trails, a world-class skate and bike park, and frisbee golf fun.
You can also stroll to beautiful Lake Dillon for paddle boarding, kayaking, or a relaxing pontoon boat rental, or wander into charming downtown Frisco to explore local shops and fantastic dining.
For downhill skiers and snowboarders, our central location makes it easy to access all of Summit County’s world-class resorts. Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Loveland, and Vail are all just a short drive away, and guests can also take advantage of the free Summit Stage shuttle bus system for a convenient, stress-free ride to the slopes.
Whether you’re here to unwind, explore, or strike the perfect balance between the two, your ideal mountain escape awaits!
Property Registration Number: STR - 011702
Other things to note:
Our mountain condo is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator to access the unit. There is no AC, but fans are provided in each bedroom for warmer summer months, and the cool mountain air works wonders in the evenings. The fireplace is currently not working - we apologize for the inconvenience!
Altitude Advisory:
Frisco sits at 9,097 feet above sea level, so guests traveling from lower elevations may feel the effects of altitude. We recommend drinking plenty of water, taking it easy on your first day, and enjoying a slower pace as your body adjusts. Once acclimated, you’ll be ready to fully enjoy all the mountain adventures Frisco has to offer!

Sobre o anfitrião
Anfitrião: Leah
We moved from Massachusetts to Colorado 14 years ago to follow our dream of living and playing in the mountains. As a family with two active boys, we spend our time skiing, mountain biking, and hiking whenever we can. Alpenrose has been a special place for us, and we hope you feel the same sense of mountain magic during your stay.
Por que o anfitrião escolheu essa propriedade
We chose this neighborhood because it offers the best of mountain living right outside the door. Our condo is just steps from the Temple Trail recreation path, scenic hiking routes, mountain biking trails, and beautiful Lake Dillon. We love being able to park the car and rarely need it again—everything is so accessible. From here, you can walk, bike, or ski to the Adventure Center, skate and bike park, Nordic center, or head into town for a great meal, ice cream, or to enjoy local shops and community events.
O que faz essa propriedade ser única?
As a third-floor corner unit, it feels like living in the treetops, with beautiful views of Peak One and the White River National Forest. The setting is peaceful and serene, often shared with visiting moose, yet still close to everything. To top it off, the condo amenities are some of the best in town including an indoor pool, hot tubs, sauna, steam room, racquetball court, tennis court, sand volleyball, exercise room, and private association pond.
