Furnished with cooktop, microwave, refrigerator,toaster, Keurig coffee maker and Regular,all dishes, utensils,pots and pans, iron and ironing board, hair dryer.Apartment includes linens, towels, 40" inch Smart TV includes 40+ channels and WiFi are included for your entertainment. Great food,music,drinks,shops and a lot of fun. Centrally located on a quiet piece of sand in the Daytona Beach Resort Spa and Conference Center.

The apartament is at the beach, family-friendly activities, public transport, and nightlife. You`ll love the neighborhood, the ambience, the comfy beds and the outdoors space. Very good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families (with kids).

There was construction going on so beach access was restricted, but public access right next to building. Unit was nice and clean. Just as described. Loved the balcony over the ocean.

For those coming from far away there is still a lot of damage from recent storm..great on weekends but weekdays there is a lot of construction out back. Unfortunately as unit and view are amazing, once construction done I would book again

Overall our stay was just fine. Room was clean and spacious. It’s pretty much a hotel room just a little bigger. Everything was comfortable and clean. Bathroom was very big for what it is. There was a pedestal fan in the closet which was really nice to have. Things we didn’t like but it’s not really a big deal. First there is only 2 really small trash cans in the room. One under the sink and a little one in the bathroom. I would like to see a little bigger trash can for the kitchen. We could not find the tv remote. I messaged the host but didn’t get a response. Not a big deal really but a remote needs to be available. Last thing was there was only 1 chair on the balcony which was COVERED in bird mess. View from the balcony was great as we could watch the sun rise and we got to watch 3 dolphins swimming along the shore line. Don’t take this as a do not stay there review, we would definitely stay there again!!!

Perfect spot right in the beach. Many places such as restaurants and shops we could walk to. Hotel is under some construction some things weren’t open. But there was still a pool open and access to the beach. Brought our 14 year old daughter and she loved it too. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel wasn’t bad, the room was good. Great view. There was a lot of construction which I understand but it wasn’t disclosed before hand. Some other small issues, but overall not bad.

The view was fantastic! The property needs some updating. The pictures on the site look nice but the furniture is old and dirty looking. Only one chair on the veranda. The beds were not comfortable. Could not get the Tv to work The hotel itself is still recovering from a hurricane with work being done. The beach is not accessible thru the hotel you have to go to the side street to access. 2 pools are open. The staff is friendly and helpful. The host was nice with early and late check in and out.

The hotel is in ruins!! 75% of the pool area is under construction and the demolition is so bad it looks like a war zone. There is one operating pool but that area is also under construction with orange construction barrier surrounding it. There is no direct access to the beach. You have to go into the parking lot and use a public ramp to get to the beach. The pool bar is closed , the restaurant was closed, the kids pool was closed. The indoor pool stank, the number of people in it far exceeded is maximum occupancy.The outside pool had no lights after sunset the area was pitch black and some people were in the pool using their phone flashlight to see. No towels were available. There was absolutely no security in the building, no key cards no access codes.Any person, vagabond or thief could have easy access to the pool , building, elevator and rooms. A total disgrace. My room did not have a manual safety dead bolt or a phone to call the front desk.There was no remote for the TV , I messaged the host twice, no response. I went down to the front desk and they said I should just go buy a remote. REALLY NO JOKE !!! The balcony was filthy and only had one chair , there was only one glass.The host did nothing and refused my request for a refund even though is could not bear to spend a single night.I would have been better off in a roach motel. DO NOT STAY HERE !!!

Check in was easy. We were not aware of the property condition from previous storm damage. The pool and kiddie pool were drained with standing green water. The retaining wall had bricks stacked along the whole resort side with no direct beach access. (Not the host fault for these issues but wish the condition would have been disclosed). Upon check in, the room was not cool, it was hot & humid. We made sure the a/c was on & waited over an hour. It did not blow or cool the space so we tried to contact the host. We were gone about 5 hours, came back, the unit was still not cooling & no response from host. It was late & hot so we bought multiple fans at our own expense to sleep through the night. It was very uncomfortable. In the morning, still no response so we contacted VRBO. They were not able to reach the host but asked us to give it some time for the host to respond. 2 hours later we received a VRBO email saying "someone was coming" but did not say when. We were gone for 7 hours. We returned & the a/c was still not cooling. We had no communication if someone had already been there or what time they would be coming, so we contacted VRBO again, VRBO tried to contact the host, no response. VRBO gave us options for relocation. The lack of communication & resolution on the host side was upsetting. The unit was clean except for the windows, they were very dirty & hard to see out of. The fridge was very rusted on the visible side.

At first the host was communicated very well however when we checked in it was sparce. The room was hot and damp when we arrived even though the ac was set to 67 it was about 78 in the room. It never cooled down. We had to empty the dehumidifier as soon as we arrived and it filled up fast. The toilet ran most of the time. I reached out to him and he send someone, who's underwear was showing the entire time and was rude, to check on things and said it was fine. No further communication since then. Everything smelled damp and the pillows were gross. The towels were small and bathroom was not clean, there was hair in the shower and on the toilet seat when we arrived. The overall property was run down as well. When I arrived there was no one at the desk. We had to wait to get a luggage cart as they were locked up and you had to "check it out." Two of the outdoor pools were out of service. The pools closed at 8 even before the sun was down. The indoor pool is awful. It is not heated, the hot tubs didn't have enough water in them and the whole place smelled like chemicals. The chemicals in the indoor pool are so bad that they burned my eyes just walking in. There is not "direct" beach access as you have to walk around the building and though the community access area. The "over flow" lot had a bunch of construction debris and we ended up getting a nail in our tire. My friend stated in another room at the same hotel and did not have nearly as many issues with her room.

Webb sit was all wrong elevator was always stuck two out 3 pools where closed .Balcony was filthy bird poo everywhere tv didn't work tride 3 different pass words microwave look like someone put metal in it or rust on the inside of it light over the shower was out I'm disabled and I had to either climb a wall or walk around the building to get to the beach ice maker did not work . Airfryer not work.no paper towels or trash bags people next door where smoking an it was coming under the adjoining room door.the walk was the worst for me
