Seclusion & drive up waterfront cabin with wrap around deck includes all conveniences, internet, WIFI, satellite.

Comfort is key and we want you to indulge in our brand new cabin where nothing has been overlooked.

*Please note, this home is not suited for anyone with mobility issues. There are stairs to the cabin & to the dock. Please note the pictures of our dock- water levels are extremely low

Our luxurious cabin has three bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms & is fully equipped with BRAND NEW EVERYTHING!

Internet, satellite, new comfortable beds, pillows, bed sheets, appliances, dishwasher, washer & dryer, barbecue, large granite breakfast bar & large deck with table & chairs. The large wrap around deck is for you to lounge & enjoy the view

Please note this is not a fenced in property it is located on the water & on rugged terrain.

Sit by the campfire and relax or hike tunnel island and all the amazing trails near by.
Bird watch and see the beautiful wildlife while listening to the loons.

Water levels are very low & dock to your boat/canoe is a ramp, use caution. We have added a railing.

Home is on 3 acres of rugged terrain -children and dogs must be supervised. Our driveway is narrow you will have to launch your boat at Perch Bay Resort located minutes away.

Dogs allowed. Sorry -No puppies. No cats

Beautiful cottage in an excellent location. We had some issues getting access to the cottage, however the host was quick to reply and gave us new instructions. The cottage was clean and had enough space for our family. We found the beds were not very comfortable so unfortunately we didn’t have the best sleep, but overall it was a wonderful stay.

Beautiful Home & Location

We had a great time on a family vacation. The property is beautiful and located on the river. We watched Bald Eagles, other wildlife, the boys fished a little on the dock. We were close to town which was nice as well. Centrally located for putting the boat in at various boat ramps. Our primary goal was smallmouth and walleye fishing on LOTW and other lakes in the area.

Magic

This place is Magic. Wonderfully positioned on the Winnipeg river system. We enjoyed fishing off the dock, lounging on the deck, hiking local trails and unwinding from our busy city life schedule. Would definitely rebook in the future.

Stunning cottage, that offers it all!

Beautiful views with amazing accommodations

Eagles flying past the amazing South facing view of the mighty Winnipeg River. Very well maintained and equipped home. It was a pleasure to cook and enjoy the snow with the family! Therapeutic and mesmerizing just to stand on the deck and try to take in all the beauty of this spot!

Stunning modern cabin and great location!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful and modern cabin which had so much to offer. Large open space with lots of natural light and good sized rooms. The location was perfect. It is private and peaceful along the lake, yet still very close to Kenora making it desirable and easy to run into town if needed. It was well equipped, clean and the owner was very accessible and great to work with. Highly recommend!

Amazing views, great location!

Very clean. Quiet getaway by winnipeg river. Close to tunnel island - nice hiking and biking trails. Also minutes from Kenora if you need something. Space was perfect for our 9 month old - very clean and large open space to crawl and play. Only 2 small FYI's Short climb to get down to dock. There was construction occurring in lot next door - but noise was limited to brief periods during day. Kayaking east from cabin - river current seemed to get quite strong- I had difficulty paddling back on a couple occasions!

Breathtakingly Beautiful!

I kind of don’t want to tell anyone else about my stay because I want to keep this gem of a place all to myself!!! Tina is an incredible host and made the entire experience so easy. I feel like she genuinely cared about us and wanted us to enjoy our vacation as much as they would want to enjoy their own. The home is gorgeous, it has everything you could possibly need and then some! The dock/river is perfect for all of the water activities we love to do (paddle boarding, swimming, fishing, pontooning, sunbathing, reading… the list goes on!). And that view you get to wake up to every morning!!!!! We are already booked for next summer! Thank you Tina! You and your home are very special! ☀️

Me and family spent a full week at this cabin which was a delight. The people we rented it from are amazing talk about too grade , top quality everything. No expense spared. I would tell anyone looking for a higher end cabin with everything you can think of this is the place. We have already ore booked for next year and if your lucky enough and book fast enough you may have a opportunity you and the family won't forget. Down to the little touches they nailed it. Thanks so much again T & J you guys have been and amazing we look forward to coming back next year it was sad and hard to leave but excited for the next visit. I give this place a 10 out of 10. Oh ya and 5 min drive to kenora for a more small city feel and 5 min back to the cozy cabin with beautiful wildlife and the cabin feel everyone wants. Welcome to paradise.

Awesome, Modern Cottage with 190 degree views of the water!

Tucked away into the woods with a spectacular 190 degree view of the river, this beautiful modern cottage with floor to ceiling windows was a perfect vacation getaway for my family. There was so much to do being right on the Canadian Shield from hiking the trails, fishing, exploring, boating and if you get tired of being secluded in the wilderness Kenora is only 5 minutes away. I loved the fact I could go on the wrap around deck to drink my coffee and read a good book and still see my son and husband on the boat launch fishing, where I still felt connect, but still had my alone time too. There was also a deck on the river and off of the entrance for outside family dining. In the evening we would enjoy a fire at the bone fire area conveniently located right off the main deck. This beautiful three-bed room cottage had everything we needed to make our vacation relaxing and full of adventure. There was even a tree house for my son. We would go back in a heartbeat.

An experience worth every penny !

We stumbled across this cottage rental as we were trying to find available rentals in the area. The previous rental we were at was going to end and my sisters dog had gone missing. The owner was extremely empathic, Accommodating & kept in touch during the stay, to make sure we found our dog. I wish we would’ve found this place first, we were blown away as we made our final approach in the drive way. The cottage is nestled into a private piece of paradise. The cottage had giant floor to ceiling patio doors on the entire front, including the master bedroom, my favourite room with en-suite. I woke up every morning feeling like I was in heaven. A wrap around deck and stairs leading down to the lake. The cottage is well decorated, spacious and clean. We felt we were at home the moment we we walked in. The view of the river is GORGEOUS, there is a bald eagle nest across the river from the cottage, that is on untouched, beautiful, crown land. This home is 100% worth it. We would love to stay again and are even considering building in the same area, as we are so in awe of the place. Thank you so much Charney’s for sharing your beautiful family cottage. Beautiful, modern cabin with amazing views

We could not have asked for a better place to stay on our vacation. This cabin has all the modern amenities you could need, on an extremely private and beautiful plot of land just a short drive from Kenora. We had a lovely week relaxing on the dock and kayaking around the river. Would definitely return!

Great cabin a short drive from Kenora

Communication with the owner was always fast and friendly. The cabin is new, clean and in great condition. If you plan on making a campfire bring your axe or hatchet. Overall beautiful cabin with a fantastic view of Winnipeg river.

We found a gorgeous private lot nestled in trees with outstanding fishing right in front of our property & swimming off the dock! We knew this is where we wanted to build our cabin. The views are amazing and serenity awaits.
All conveniences are a quick drive! beach, restaurants & coffee shops, grocery store, gas station located near by.

We are in a new small subdivision that is secluded and private with crown land across the river
