Nestled in serene surroundings close to Pula's beaches and Brijuni National Park, the property offers easy access to cycling paths, kažun stone huts, and local olive oil tastings. The villa boasts a private pool with integrated hydromassage for parents’ unwinding and child toys for splashy fun. It’s illuminated for evening swims, surrounded by a lush garden, sun loungers, and a spacious shaded terrace. The pool is heated and warm to use between June and September. The outdoor dining setup features a wooden table, BBQ grill and cozy seating for al fresco meals under starry skies, with ample parking and proximity to Vodnjan's and Svetvinčenat’s medieval streets. Step inside to airy, light-filled spaces with sleek floors, air-conditioned bedrooms featuring king beds and smart TVs; all rooms have en-suite elegant bathrooms with rain showers and modern fixtures. The open-plan living and dining area seats 8 comfortably, complemented by a fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances, wine cooler, and breakfast bar. Your four-legged friends are welcome upon request! We’re respectful of the surrounding nature and village, therefore parties on the premises are not allowed.
