Double oceanfront decks invite you to start your mornings with coffee and sea breezes or wind down in the evenings as the sun sets over the water. A private boardwalk connects the home directly to the beach, making it easy to go from deck to sand in just moments. An outdoor shower adds extra convenience after long beach days.
The second floor serves as the main gathering space and the heart of the home. This open-concept level features a spacious living room, dining area, and a fully equipped chef’s kitchen with granite countertops—perfect for preparing meals for a crowd.
