This 3 bedroom 3.5 bath house offers a fun submarine room adventure for the kiddo's of any age with their own hidden deck side loft game area! (Includes nerf guns and periscopes!)

This home offers two master suites, one on each floor, with their own private on-suite bathrooms and comfy beds!

Escape Properties is here local, but we do all we can to stay out of your way unless you need something - we're a simple call or text away. Guests enjoy 100% of the home to themselves.

Razor Ridge is a vacation home subdivision in the City of Washington located 10 min. to St. George to the Southwest and 10 min. to Sand hollow to the East with the lake and dunes. There is nearby grocery store options, restaurants and is a short drive to either Zion National Park or Tuachan Theater.

You will have access to the community amenities of the pool, hot tub and club house areas as well as a stocked fishing pond (lic. req)

Our partners wanted to create a beach experience 600 miles inland and have decorated the unit with seashore and beach effects right down to a submarine play area to make your trip to the St George area a little more memorable. We hope you have a great experience out and about at the lake, on the trails or participating in one of our area events as well as enjoy the place you stay.

The main level:

Primary Suite 1 - king bed with private bath. Sleeps 1-2 persons
1/2 bath in the hall off the great room & kitchen area
Kitchen with service for 10 - well appointed
There is also a desk for a little work if needed
Great room with a cozy fireplace and lots of seating
Dining room for building memories and playing games.

Outback is a patio with grill and outdoor table and swing chair and views of Pine Valley mountain and red cliffs

Upstairs:

At the top of the stairs is the family room loft with a sofa bed and place to watch movies or hang out.
Guest suite 2 - King bed with private bath. Sleeps 1-2 persons.
Guest suite 3 - the submarine bunk (Think Capt'n Nemo) with 2 bunks - bunk 1 is 2 Twin XL beds. Bunk 2 is a queen on the bottom and a Twin Xl on top. Each bunk has its own LED light and charging port. Enjoy the nerf guns, pacman.
Walk through the sub hatch onto a dock - and enjoy gaming in the kids loft area
