The property is a duplex home, thoughtfully divided into two separate residences. You’ll be staying in Unit 1, which has its own private entrance, private fully fenced backyard, exclusive garage, and private living spaces — nothing inside the home is shared. The only shared area is the driveway, which offers smooth access to your garage and front door. You’ll have your own designated space, and we’ve made sure your comfort and seclusion are never compromised. Looking for more space? Travelling with extended family or a larger group? The second unit next door (Unit 2) can also be booked — ideal for those who want to stay close but with their own space. Enquire with us directly to check availability for both duplexes as a bundle.
Guest Verification & Security Deposit
Since we don’t have a front desk or on-site staff, we rely on a simple system to help care for the home and keep things running smoothly for everyone.
Guest is required to complete a pre-check in form upon reservation confirmation, in the form we kindly ask for:
➤ A quick photo ID verification before arrival
➤ A $300.00 refundable damage deposit, returned within 3 days of checkout—as long as everything’s left in good shape (which it usually is!).
It’s just our way of making sure the space stays lovely and ready for the next guest. Thanks so much for understanding!
Pet-Friendly (By Request)
We’re happy to welcome your furry friends—just send us a quick message before booking to get approval.
➤ $150.00 pet fee per pet, per stay
➤ Pets must be house-trained, kept off furniture unless covered, and not left alone for long
➤ Please clean up after your pet inside and out (especially make sure no dog poos outside in the front or back yard)

To help you ease into your stay, we’ve prepared a small welcome bundle—tea, coffee, body wash, shampoo, dish soap, and toilet paper. These are meant to get you started, not stocked for the full stay, so feel free to top up at nearby supermarkets if needed.
Quiet Hours:
To respect the peaceful environment of our neighbourhood, we ask that guests observe quiet hours between 08:00 PM and 7:00 AM. This ensures a calm stay for everyone, including our neighbours.
Parking Notes:
You’ll have access to your own secure garage, and there is additional street parking available. Please take care not to park on yellow lines and never block driveways (including your own or the neighbour’s). Council rules are strict, and we want to avoid any issues during your stay.
