Upon arrival, you have to register with the front desk security officer. If you arrive early, you are allowed to sit down in the lobby area. This doesn’t include laying down, drinking or loud talking.

You will be in the Touristic zone.

Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign and agree to our rental conditions. If you book and decide to cancel, our payment processor, Stripe, won't refund their fee of 3.90% plus .30cents. This doesn't apply to Airbnb.

Pool hours: 6:00am to 9:00 pm.

Please do not walk thru the lobby wet or sandy. The administration will have the right to fine you. There are outdoor showers for your convenience. And we provide beach towels.

Welcome to our Beach Condo, located on the ocean’s edge in Isla Verde Beach, Puerto Rico Island. This is a truly private and tranquil condo, with a lovely sandy beach, common pool and, of course, the magnificent aqua-blue water of the Atlantic Ocean all at your convenience.

As pristine as the location is, this Condo is only 5 minutes from International Airport in San Juan, and just minutes from various restaurants, water sports, snorkeling, Hotels, restaurants and sailing trips tours.

This two bedroom, two bath Condo sleeps 6 and is fully equipped to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

Included in our condo, you will have also, one baby cot (playpen), iron, washer-dryer and hair dryer. There is a queen bed in the master bedroom, and the second bedroom has full size bunk bed. One trundle bed is available if you want more confort.


As in the rest of the island, a rental car is a must, but there are no worries about parking. Once you're here you won’t want to stray too far anyway. So come and be a part of the true Isla Verde experience.
