This is a beautifully decorated and designed Palm Springs home! This is a 4-bedroom home, 3 of which are in the house. The 4th bedroom is in the casita.

The open living, dining, and kitchen layout makes it easy to move between lounging, cooking, and sharing meals. The spacious kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, plenty of prep space, and counter seating for four, while the dining table for six sets the scene for shared dinners and lingering conversation. The separate casita provides added flexibility and privacy for guests, featuring its own small living space and kitchen—ideal for multigenerational groups, couples traveling together, or anyone who appreciates a little extra independence. The casita offers a separate entrance, living space and a full kitchen. You can vacation together, but have some space at the same time!

Bikes are also available, inviting you to cruise through the neighborhood or pedal into town.

This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 4 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes a California king size bed, patio access, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed.



Bedroom #3 includes 2 twin size beds.



Bedroom #4 is located in a casita with a separate entrance from the main house. The casita includes a king size bed, a sitting area with a smart TV, a full kitchen, a full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower, and patio access.



This home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo and a half bathroom as well making it 3.5 bathrooms.



THINGS TO NOTE:

- Washer and dryer in home.

- Driveway parking for up to 4 vehicles available. Parking is limited to one (1) car per bedroom.

- No parties; there are strict quiet hours per Palm Springs regulations.

- Pool heat can be added on for $100 per day (includes hot tub). This is recommended October – May. - - We require the pool to be heated throughout the entire stay. Please let us know at least 48 hours prior to your arrival if you would like to heat the pool. This is a 100% optional add on. It takes 20 hours to heat the pool to temperature.

- This home is pet friendly. A maximum of 2 pets, under 40 lbs, may be brought to this home. Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $175 per pet that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.

- This home is equipped with two (2) external security cameras:

(1) located at the front doorbell and actively monitoring the walk up to the house with a view of the street

(2) located at the back of the house by the laundry room and actively monitoring the rear entry

- Long-term stays allowed.

- The casita CANNOT be rented separately and cannot be sub-leased.

- Parking is limited to one (1) car per bedroom. (Max 4 cars)



The location of this home is as appealing as its beautiful design. A quick drive will take you to Downtown Palm Springs with its central shopping district including vintage boutiques, interior design shops, chic restaurants, and art galleries. Palm Springs is also known for its mid-century modern architecture and has the largest collection of preserved architecture in the world. The town has Art Deco style luxury rentals, funky design and architecture, tall palms, and mountain backdrops. The mountains are of course nearby with the popular attraction of the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, plus nature trails for hiking, horseback riding, and biking all around.



Other Things to Note:

The responsible person, whose name is on the rental contract must provide a copy of a government issued ID to the Vacation Rental Host.- The Responsible Party occupying this Vacation Rental Property shall be at least 25 years old; and is responsible for the compliance of the Vacation Rental Regulations for all occupants and guests.- Amplification of sound, including music, outdoor speakers, TV's, etc., outside of the dwelling unit is PROHIBITED and SHALL NOT BE AUDIBLE AT THE PROPERTY LINE.- Maximum occupancy limits for this Vacation Rental Property as listed above shall not be exceeded at any time. Please note that Vacation Rental unit operators may impose their own occupancy limits as long as they do not exceed the City's.- Parking is limited to one (1) car per bedroom.- Trash and refuse shall not be left stored within public view and must be in proper containers for the purpose of collection by the collectors and between the hours of five a.m. and eight p.m. on scheduled trash collection days.- Occupants are subject to immediate citation and fine for creating a disturbance or violating the Vacation Rental or other Regulations
