The Jensen Beach Mermaid - Heated Pool/Spa, Pet friendly, beautiful lanai.

The Jensen Beach Mermaid is a 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom home. The patio features a beautiful outdoor living space with a TV, dive-in movies are encouraged in the heated pool & hot tub, we do not charge to heat the pool or spa. Downtown Jensen Beach is <5 min walk and <3 miles to the beaches. A fully equipped kitchen, laundry room with a washer & dryer, chairs, umbrellas, misc beach items, and beach towels in the inside linen closet. The Master bedroom has a king sized bed, bedroom #2 has a queen sized bed, and bedroom #3 has two bunk beds, the bottom bunks are double sized beds and the top bunks are twin sized beds. Dogs are welcome and we do not charge a pet fee. We do ask guests with dogs to cover the white sofa with the provided sheets located in the master bedroom closet.

THE LOCATION

Location, location, location! The Jensen Beach Mermaid is so close to everything you want and need for an easy and relaxing vacation. The Mermaid is just a block away from Ocean Breeze Plaza. Ocean Breeze Plaza features a Publix grocery store, multiple restaurants, a juice shop, an ice cream parlor, a brew pub, a liquor store, nail salon, and a Mail Box Plus. Walk another block and you are in downtown Jensen Beach. There are multiple, family friendly, restaurants. Jan's is the place for breakfast and brunch daily. Crawdaddy's, Tako Tiki, Chris', and Mulligan's feature live music. The Goose Pub is a local favorite dive bar. You can find the best pizza in town at Ian and Kyes and walk across the street to hang with the local fishing enthusiasts and hear their fishing tales at Lures Bar and Grill. There really are too many places to list, you will have to stay at The Mermaid to discover them all.

GUEST ACCESS

When you stay at The Jensen Beach Mermaid, you will have the entire house to yourself to enjoy all of the amenities. We do have an owners closet in the 3rd bedroom, the kitchen, as well as under the coffee maker. The shed out back is also used for our storage.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS

You can easily find us, just message Thomas using the Vrbo app. We use a concierge service in the unlikely event that there is something wrong or that needs attention.

POOL SAFETY

We believe in safety first. The pool has a safety gate that surrounds the entire pool. If you have small children and non-swimmers in your group, it is mandatory that the pool safety gate is closed when the pool/spa is not in use.
