Mid-Century Getaway In The Foothills
This extremely clean Mid-Century Modern home is stylish, practical, and designed for comfort. Whether you`re looking for a romantic getaway, traveling for work, or looking for a fun place to travel with a group we have hand-picked the amenities that make for an ideal guest experience. The location is within walking distance to the Vons grocery store, Starbucks, Boba Shop, and Downtown Myrtle which boasts some of the best cafes, eateries, and bars around. My staff and I look forward to hosting!
This unique and stylish Mid-Century Modern home is in a highly desirable neighborhood near the san Gabriel mountains.
Guest`s have access to the entire home and back patio. Guest do not have access to the yard beyond the patio fence.
We give our guests their space and privacy! We do not interact with our guests unless they reach out to us first. We are always available to answer messages from guests and prefer to do so within the Air B&B platform.
This neighborhood is perfect for quiet enjoyment and those who enjoy the natural elements that the foothills have to offer.
HOUSE RULES
1. Guest Registration & Occupancy Limits
Only registered guests listed on the reservation may stay overnight.
Maximum occupancy: 2 persons.
Day visitors must be pre-approved.
No unregistered overnight guests.
2. Parties, Events & Gatherings
No parties, events, commercial activities, or gatherings without written approval.
Excessive noise, DJ equipment, or amplified outdoor sound is prohibited.
Decorations requiring tape, nails, confetti, glitter, or structural alterations are prohibited.
3. Noise & Quiet Hours
Quiet hours: 11PM to 8AM.
Outdoor noise must remain respectful at all times.
Local city noise ordinances must be followed.
Repeated noise complaints may result in cancellation without refund.
4. Smoking Policy
No smoking/Vaping allowed on the property.
Guests may due so on public property
5. Pets (If Applicable)
Pets allowed only if disclosed and approved.
Pet fee applies: $150
Pets must not be left unattended unless crated.
Guests must clean up all pet waste.
*For the comfort and safety of all guests and neighbors, we kindly ask that pets are well-behaved and not aggressive, destructive, or excessively noisy during the stay.
6. Damage, Stains & Missing Items
Guests are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.
Stained linens, towels, furniture, or rugs may incur replacement charges if restoration is not possible.
Furniture may not be rearranged without permission.
Missing items will be charged at replacement cost.
*Please notify your host of any damages that occur during your stay
7. Security Cameras & Monitoring Devices
Exterior security cameras may be present and disclosed in listing.
Cameras are not located in private areas.
Tampering with monitoring equipment is prohibited.
8. Parking Rules
Parking permitted only in designated areas.
No street blocking or neighbor driveway obstruction.
Street Parking; Guest are responsible familiarizing themselves with all street signs and follow street parking restrictions if applicable.
No RVs, trailers, or commercial vehicles unless approved.
9. Pool / Spa / Outdoor Amenities (If Applicable)
Use at your own risk.
No glass near pool/spa.
Guest must rinse prior to entering pool/spa
Children must be supervised at all times.
Guest understand that some
Do not tamper with pool equipment or temperature settings.
No diving (if not permitted).
10. BBQ & Fire Safety
Clean BBQ after use.
Do not leave grill unattended.
Follow all local fire restrictions.
No indoor candles unless permitted.
Fireplaces only if listed as operational.
Do not place any items inside gas-operated firepits. (Including wood, paper, or any flammable items)
11. HVAC & Utilities
Doors/windows must remain closed when HVAC is running.
Do not disable smart thermostats or internet equipment.
Thermostat to remain within the temperature parameters of 67°F-
78°F
12. Trash & Cleanliness
Dispose of trash in designated bins.
Outdoor disposal bins must be secured using the wildlife securing attachments (If Applicable)
Follow city trash schedule if staying during collection. (Reference *Disposal Guide)
Excessive trash left behind may incur additional cleaning fees
13. Maintenance & Reporting
Guests must report damage or maintenance issues immediately.
Failure to report issues that worsen may increase liability.
Do not attempt repairs yourself.
14. Illegal Activity
No illegal activity of any kind.
No weapons discharge.
No drug manufacturing or unlawful gatherings.
Violation results in:
Immediate cancellation without refund
Possible law enforcement involvement
15. Indemnification & Assumption of Risk
Guests agree:
To use property amenities at their own risk.
To hold host/management harmless for injury not caused by gross negligence.
Violations may result in immediate termination without refund.
