The building features secured entry and elevators for added convenience. Please note that some amenities and services within the building may be managed by the hotel and are subject to building rules or additional fees ($5 for the gym for example).

There is parking in the building available at $45 a day.
The trash room is next to the elevator. We encourage guests to take out the trash daily. This really helps with maintaining the unit and preventing odors, especially with strongly scented foods.
Large cardboard boxes are not allowed in the trash room. They must be disposed of in the designated area behind the building; otherwise, the building may issue a fine. Many guests have been fined for this before and will be responsible for the fine.
