We are pleased that you are interested in our home away from home. I have lived in Hawaii nearly 40 years. coming from the mid west I instantly feel in love. Specifically with the people, the sea and the weather. I have worked in the hotel industry for years in different capacities. I was an executive housekeeper so I understand the standard of cleanliness. I am an artist. I have been a handyman and renovation contractor for the hotels for years. I renovate all of my condos myself.

We did a few years of research to find a condominium that had a great location close to the beach. as a former hotel worker it was important that I get a quite building with central air conditioning. We picked the right place! The building management is excellent, the security guards are friendly and helpful, and they do a great job. The condo is a secured building, has a great swimming pool, laundry facility, parking, and is 3 short blocks from the beach. We have received above average compliments from our guests about our quality condos, great location and staff

This property is very uniqe not only in the building but in all of Waikiki. You will enjoy the benefits of being at home away from home. You have all the conveniences of being at home, however you are centrally located to many major attractions in Waikiki as well as shopping and restaurants
