Welcome to the Larkspur Lodge, a charming rental now under new management. This stunning, dog-friendly home features three bedrooms and is nestled in the picturesque Larkspur neighborhood, just a few minutes drive away from Crested Butte. Surrounded by breathtaking mountain views, this property is sure to impress! The layout of the house is designed as an "upside/down house," with the main living areas located on the upper floor to take advantage of the breathtaking views.

The entry level offers two bedrooms: one with a king-sized bed and the other with a queen and a twin trundle bed. This floor also includes a full shared bathroom with a tub/shower combo, as well as a spacious mudroom/laundry area equipped with a full-size washer and dryer, offering ample storage. From here, you can access the garage, where you can store your gear or one small car or SUV. The hot tub can be easily accessed through the garage or the stairs down the deck off the kitchen. Guests will appreciate the bike pumps, bike racks, and an outdoor hose for rinsing off gear.

On the upper level, you'll find a beautifully designed open floor plan that seamlessly connects the kitchen, great room, and dining area. The living room features ample comfortable seating, a gas stove and a big screen TV. The dining area accommodates six, with additional seating at the bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare your favorite meals. This exceptionally well-stocked kitchen often receives praise from previous guests for its superior amenities compared to other rentals. Step outside from the kitchen onto the deck, furnished with a table and eight chairs, as well as a new grill. This level includes a convenient powder bath for the living area. The primary bedroom suite, which has a king mattress, smart TV, large closet, and a spacious bathroom featuring dual sinks, a large soaking tub, a separate tiled shower, and a separate toilet room.

The deck is perfect for spring summer and fall gatherings, equipped with a grill and an outdoor dining table for eight. The stairs going down from the deck will bring you to a large hot tub perfect for relaxing after a day enjoying the mountains.

As a pet-friendly property, you are welcome to bring one dog for an additional pet fee at booking. Any damage from your pet will be your responsibility. Please note, however, that cats and other animals are not permitted.

Within the Larkspur community, guests can enjoy facilities such as pickleball and tennis courts, a small playground for young children, and a fishing pond.

Renters must be 25 years or older, and children accompanied by their parents or guardians are always welcome. Kindly note that all children and infants are included in the property headcount. For families, a pack and play and high chair are available and accessible for your use.

Please remember that no smoking is allowed on the premises. Evidence of smoking will result in additional charges.

Parking is available for 2-3 vehicles, which must be parked in the garage or driveway.
