Family Friendly - On Ten Acres 3 Miles to Town - Stunning Views and Country Feel

The tranquility, views and privacy of this home are well worth the very short drive or bike ride to town. The views during the day and at night are spectacular. The ski area is a ten minute drive. Lot of fun things to do there winter and summer.

This house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the entry level you will find the two-car garage, available for guest use, two small bedrooms and a full bath. Move upstairs where the kitchen, living room, deck and master suite are located.

The open floor plan and vaulted ceilings upstairs lead to a large picture windows and French doors to the deck and unobstructed, incredible views of Mt. Whetstone and surrounding peaks. In the living room is also a gas fireplace that not only heats the room nicely in the winter, but provides the ambiance you are looking for in the mountains. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to prepare a full Thanksgiving feast...or just to reheat leftovers from one of our many local restaurants! The dining room table will seat up to six comfortably. Natural stone flooring can be found throughout the kitchen, dining area and master bath.

Pets considered. I will need that part of Application completed. There is a Pet Fee of $95/pet/week or part thereof.

In the winter (November to April) I add a snow plowing fee of $100/week. Plowing of my driveway, which is nearly 100 yards, is about $50 each time. If there is no plowing done, or only once, I will refund your fee. If there is a lot of snow and plowing more than twice, I cover the excess plowing. Thus, you will never pay more than the $100/week. Wapiti Lane is routinely plowed and there is no charge. Remember: Snow is a good thing! This fee may not show up in your first quote - I need to manually add it for winter rentals.
