A Fisherman's Retreat - Escape to our cozy Side Pocket near Lake Conroe, ideal for fisherman and outdoor enthusiasts. Our charming retreat comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests with a queen bedroom upstairs for a restful night's sleep. And downstairs, you'll find a sofa bed with a memory foam mattress adjacent to the pool table and kitchenette.

The living space is centered around the pool table downstairs with a 55" Smart TV, couch, a high top table with seating for two, and a recliner. Perfect for casual gathering after a day on the water. We also have a set of corn hole boards with bags.

The bathroom boasts a large soaker tub as well as a shower for your relaxation needs, and a washer and dryer are thoughtfully located within the bathroom for your convenience. The kitchenette has a full-size refrigerator with a microwave that can be conveniently rolled out of the closet on a sturdy cart. And we have two grill options (charcoal and gas).

Park your truck and boat with ease. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening barbecue in the sitting area at front entrance, complete with grills, shades, and a fan to keep cool.

Nestled on a lovely lot in Lake Conroe Forest just off Highway 105, our Side Pocket offers easy access to nearby fishing spots and outdoor activities around Lake Conroe. And don't forget to check out our second Unit, The Cedar Shack, also on property!
