Great location!! Walking Distance From The Beach

Family friendly home situated in the desirable blocks of Naples Park. A short distance to the beautiful Vanderbilt beach and the private beaches of Delnor-Wiggins State Park. The house is fully equipped with amenities to satisfy a families vacation needs. The house features high ceilings throughout, lots of sunlight, granite countertops and spacious bedrooms. The master suite has a king size bed walk-in closet and dual vanity. The queen suite also has its own private full bathroom. The two junior rooms have queen size beds and share a bathroom. All rooms are fully stocked with extra pillows and linens, there is also a laundry room for our guests convenience. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, cookware with lots of seating area which make it perfect for cooking and entertaining. The kitchen, dining and living room have an open floor plan which lends itself to quality time spent with friends and loved ones. The great room features a flat screen TV, stereo with surround sound and large cozy couches that overlooks the screened-in private lanai. A grill, patio furniture and outdoor shower allow our guest to enjoy the pool area. The house has a garage with driveway for parking needs. It is conveniently located in between the beach and the downtown area making shopping, dining and the beach just minutes away.

4 bedroom home in a very convenient location

Stay at this property if you like Naples Park and all it has to offer. Do not stay here if: You do not like running out to buy a hair dryer because there is none You do not like running out to buy beach chairs and beach umbrella because the ones there are too tattered to be of any use Do not stay here if you are bothered by cockroaches and an owner who will not respond to your request for reimbursement because you ARE bothered by cockroaches and had to cut your vacation short by 5 days!

Location, Location, Location!!!

My family had a lovely stay. It is located 0.7 miles (at least according to my watch) from the nearest public beach access. Short and enjoyable stroll. The house is well appointed and has everything you need. The pool was a fantastic touch. The home owner was great to work with. Extremely friendly and prompt with communication. Highly recommend

Family friendly for older kids

Clean roomy house with a nice pool for the kids! Best for kids who are a bit older and know how to swim since the pool is easily accessible from the house. A bit far too walk to the beach with gear but it's a quick drive.

Great home

For our purposes the location was perfect It was great to have the pool We didn’t really watch tv or use two of the four bedrooms or the grill but we enjoyed our stay here Thank you

Just a few suggestions

This house was definitely clean. Pool was cold even with heater on but we were there during the coldest few days of the year probably. The master bedroom king bed definitely needs to get replaced for sure. There are permanent indentations where 2 people sleep in it. There is no Keurig coffee maker for k cups, just a regular carafe maker. The beach chairs in garage definitely need to be replaced. They are ripped and falling apart. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. Everything else was very good about the house.

Christmas Stay

The place was clean and had many amenities. A large 8 person table to gather for meals, perfect for us. Loved the pool, only wish it was warmed to a little bit higher temp. We stayed during December so the pool was a bit chilly for this time of year.

Nice stay but disappointed with property

We had a nice stay at this property but I was disappointed. This review is intended to be fair and balanced. I rely very heavily on these reviews and want to pay it forward to those that do the same. The property needs a lot of TLC. It has the potential to be a Premier property but falls short. The positives: The location is within close proximity to the beach and shopping. The kitchen was very clean with very nice plates, utensils, blenders, toaster, toaster oven, etc. The beds were amazingly comfortable. The pool was clean. The owner was responsive and sent the neighbor over to address questions and problems that we experienced. Beautiful walkable/jogging area from property and up over bridge to beach area that we enjoyed. The Not so Positives: The house was not ready when we arrived. The cleaning service said there was a miscommunication on dates. I’m not sure how that happened but we ended up having to wash sheets and blankets for all of the beds as well as a stained mattress pad in the master bedroom. The rugs in all the bedrooms are horribly stained. The only TV that worked consistently was the living room. WiFi was a little wonky but we were able to work. The pool heater was not working but was serviced on the second day. There is one small motion light for night swimming which was not enough for the kids to see. There is no mulch around the pool area making it very unfinished. The beach chairs are old. This property is not walkable to the beach if you have kids —unless you have a wagon. There were no beach passes with the house. Nothing was stocked (most Premier properties are stocked with toilet paper and other small toiletries). Not the property owner’s fault but want to add that there is no privacy in the backyard. There are two newer homes in the backyard with balconies overlooking this property. This property would really be much better if the owners had a property manager. We have owned a second home in Florida and appreciate how difficult they can be to maintain. With some TLC this property would be great!

Wonderful vacation

This property is very clean, spacious, wonderfully decorated and maintained. We are a family of seven and we were very comfortable. Loved the swimming pool and short distance to a next that was not at all crowded. I would recommend to all my friends!

Wonderful

This home is lovely. It is clean and neat. The layout works very well as a base of operations for a family moving about in and around Naples. Convenient Naples Park location, nice and close to the fabulous bars and restaurants of Mercato.

Great house for family

We loved staying here! This was our first time in Naples, it was a great location. The state park beach was so nice and close. Our kids loved swimming every morning and going to the beach in the afternoon! Thank you for a great stay!

Spring Break - March 2019

Your place was just perfect for our family of 7. There were plenty of bedrooms for everyone. The pool was nice and warm, and clean. Having the pass to the State Park (beaches) that was <5 minutes away was great. The house was only minutes away from grocery stores, restaurants, etc. We would definitely stay there again.

A wonderful, spacious home for relaxing and entertaining friends.

A friend of mine and I rented this home for the month of February where we entertained friends and relatives. It is impeccably clean and tastefully decorated with a well-equipped kitchen. There are plenty of chairs and beach towels for enjoying a day at the nearby beaches or lounging around the pool. A Florida State Park pass is included which was much appreciated. The location is wonderful for visiting nearby nature preserves, attending an art fair or concert or shopping on 5th Avenue in Naples. The only problem was a malfunctioning icemaker which we reported.

Great Spot for Kids and Family

We had a fantastic stay at this home in Naples. It was actually bigger than the pictures would make it appear. Everything was in good shape and clean. The pass for the beach made it very easy to pack up the car and take the kids down to the beach and not worry about parking. Between our family and my friends, we had 4 adults and 4 kids stay at the house and it was more than enough room. If you are looking for a nice home to stay in Naples, you should definitely give this place a try.

Fun in the sun

My son and I traveled to Naples with my 6 year old granddaughter to visit my other son and found this home to be large, clean and conveniently located. We had an issue with torn screens around the pool which was attended to as soon as I contacted the owner. There was beach equipment and pool toys and even a garage door opener! It is just down the street from Whole Foods market.

The perfect vacation home for a large family

This home is inviting, spacious, and clean. It was perfect for our family, offering queen size beds for our adult children as well as all amenities. The pool is surrounded by vegetation, providing privacy as well as shelter from the wind. The beach was a short 15 minute walk to the end of 111th, or an even shorter drive if preferred. An array of nearby restaurants and a Walmart for all your shopping needs. Highly recommended!

Great house near best beach in Naples - Delnor Wiggins Pass State Park

We were very pleased and the house was spotless. Met the local property manager and she was great, too. She brought us a replacement grill which we used many evenings by the pool. Initially, we were concerned about the wind-torn screens over the pool. But we called the owner and the local manager had them completely repaired/replaced within a few days. Also had the cleaning crew come once midway thru our one month stay and they were thorough and meticulous. The location is terrific- an easy 20 minute walk or 4 minute drive to Delnor-Wiggins State Park on the Gulf, with an owner provided annual pass. Pool was clean and well maintained with a working heat pump. The house is spacious and comfortably furnished. The kitchen is well equipped. Great for grandparents hosting grown kids and grand kids. Great stores and restaurants nearby, including Whole Foods, Publix and also a terrific bicycle repair shop, Trek Cycles, which did some outstanding work on my bicycle. Naples, Vanderbilt Beach and Bonita Beach have some great bicycling routes, as well as many attractive and scenic walking routes. Look forward to a return visit.
