Staying here means you can park your car and rarely need it again. You’re within a short walk of the beach, the Boardwalk, amusements, restaurants, cafes, and the inlet area for various events and entertainment.

Things to Know:
- Linens & Towels will be provided, Please bring your own beach towels.
- Two reserved garage parking spaces. Garage height clearance is 6 feet, 10 inches.
- Maximum of 8 guests.
- Primary renter must be 25 or older, and must be present at the home during the entire stay. Please be prepared to show ID upon arrival.
- This a No Smoking, No Pets, No Parties rental home.
- Guests have access to the indoor pool, sauna, and fitness center, located on the 4th floor above the garage. These amenities are controlled by the HOA and hours of operations are subject to change without notice.
- Ocean City strictly enforces quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Excessive noise during these hours, if caused by activity at the property, is a violation of this agreement and may result in eviction under Maryland law.

• Second Suite: Queen-size bed with an attached private bathroom.

• Third Bedroom: Two twin-size beds.

• Living Area: Queen-size sleeper sofa for additional guests.

• Gourmet Kitchen: The heart of the home features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, and all high-quality cookware needed for effortless family meals.

• Outdoor Living: Step out from the living area onto your private, oversized balcony to take in the salt air and stunning ocean and boardwalk views.

Things to Know:
• Age requirement: In accordance with community standards, the primary guest booking the stay must be at least 25 years old.

• Outdoor Swimming Pool & Fitness Center located on the 4th floor above the garage. These amenities are controlled by the HOA and hours of operations are subject to change without notice.

• Parking: You will receive two assigned parking spaces in our secure, gated garage. (Please note the strict garage height clearance of 6 feet, 10 inches).

• Ocean City Noise Ordinance: Ocean City strictly enforces quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Excessive noise during these hours, if caused by activity at the property, is a violation of this agreement and may result in eviction under Maryland law.
