Come spend a week at a beautiful oceanfront condo in North OC with breathtaking ocean and bay views from front and back balconies! This condo sleeps 8 comfortably. Master bedroom has a King bed with private bath, access to oceanfront balcony, and large windows overlooking the beach and ocean. Bedroom 2 has two twin bunk beds, and bedroom 3 has two twin beds; both bedrooms have bay-facing windows. The second full bathroom is in the hallway. All bedrooms have HD Flatscreen televisions with Comcast cable.

Located on 94th street, you are conveniently located across the street from a supermarket and within walking distance to some excellent restaurants. There is a 7-11 located right in front of the condominium complex, making it easy to grab a cup of coffee and a newspaper as you head to the beach to relax in the sun. 2 Reserved parking spaces, elevator access, free WiFi and HD Digital Cable.

Walking Distance Activities: Across the street is a small city park with 2 tennis courts as well as a basketball court. Good for a quick pick-up game of basketball or tennis! The OC Art Museum is easily accessible. Several restaurants are in walking distance-Bull on the Beach, Liquid Assets, Layton's Family Restaurant. Candy Kitchen and T-shirt stores are also nearby. The Acme supermarket across the street allow access to most of items you need to supply you for a week, including food, beer and wine, inexpensive beach chairs and beach items like sand buckets and shovels, suntan lotion. You really can park your car for the week and walk to stores to buy what you might want to have a great vacation! There is also a bay side park nearby on 122nd Street which has a long walking pier going out into the bay. It is great for an evening stroll and oh what great sunsets! Dumser's Ice Cream is made locally, and they have shops all over town, one by the park to a cone after your walk! Many like the Liquid Assets restaurant across the street.

The ocean view was amazing, private balcony with comfortable furniture. Very clean and fully stocked kitchen ware. Parking was great. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely place to stay in Ocean CIty

Great condo for a family stay. Would have rated it a 5 except for the early check out time. Check out was 10am and there was a $20 charge for every additional hour if you needed to check out later.

Thank you Albert for your review. We are so glad you enjoyed our condo and had a great stay in Ocean City. We do understand that later check outs are something our guests want. With condo rentals it is not as simple as a hotel, where a cleaner has a cart and can just clean the unit next door to allow the guest some extra time. In most cases our cleaners drive in from up to 30 miles away, and in some cases they drive in just to clean that one unit. The cleaning arrangements are set up in advance and not that easy to change. Often the guests arriving the same day want to check in early. The cleaners have a tight schedule to have all the units ready by 3pm. With busy weekends we do not like to change the schedule if we can avoid it. The purpose of a charge for allowing later check out is to cover the expense involved in resetting the schedules of the handymen, cleaners and other guests. It may seem simple but in reality, it can be quite complex to keep all the people involved in preparing the unit in sync. We would love to offer earlier check ins as well as late check outs to all but in reality it is challenging. We look forward to hearing from you again sometime.

Great location

Right next to bull on the beach and other good restaurants. Loved there was a 7-eleven literally in front of the building. My only compliant would be there was no toilet paper when we arrived. I purchased the linen package and for the price felt that should be included. We had to run out and get toilet paper. We would stay here again- just remember to bring toilet paper.

Prime location

The condo is in a prime location. The beaches were not crowded, clean and beautiful. The property manager was very responsive and quick to resolve any issues. The condo was not 100% in cleanliness but we would still visit again!

The property was one of the NICEST and CLEANEST we have stayed at in the 26 years at O.C. The only bad thing was we could not bring our dogs.

Very enjoyable

From prior to arriving until we left all was very smooth. Everything was clean & in place. Enjoyed everything and hope to return. Very happy to find this location on short notice. Only issue felt master suite was not cool enough at night time. Very enjoyable experience.

Perfect Getaway Location

Vacationed with friends from college (we’re in our 60’s, now). Great location - right on the beach, which was very quiet and not crowded in the least. Close to stores, restaurants - and easy access inland and to DE to shop the outlets. The property was very clean. We had a couple of very minor maintenance requests and they were addressed promptly and thoroughly. We’re already talking about renting this same unit again for our next relaxing beach trip!

Little family getaway

This is our first time staying at a VRBO. We were nervous not knowing what the condo looked like and seeing what they had there. There were 5 adults (myself, husband, oldest daughter, son in law and mother in law) and 3 kids (ages 4, 6 & 8). This place was amazing! Very clean, which is a huge factor. Amazing view of the ocean from the master bedroom and balcony. We reached out to the manager with an issue (someone accidentally parked in our spot) and he responded immediately. Bed are very comfortable! Furniture is clean and comfy! Can not say enough good things about this condo! Also the neighborhood seemed very safe.

Good location, bring everything with you

This condo was perfectly located. We had a great time. However, the owners or management made no effort to have the place ready for the guests. There was half a toilet paper roll on both bathrooms, no hand soap, no dish soap, no paper towel. We knew the linens and towels weren't included but the least is to have toilet paper available for your guests that are paying good money to stay. I am writing this so the place can be improved because it is a nice place.

We understand the desire for amenities to be included with a condo rental. Unfortunately, we are not staffed to restock all units between each reservation like a hotel can. We do state what items are included and what are not and allow our guests to cancel for 48 hours after booking with no penalty if what we provide is not what they want. The agreement also lists our departure day responsibilities we ask of the guest, such as folding the blankets on the bed and putting away any dishes you used during your stay. We find it a bit unfair to book a property that states what supplies you need to bring, but then complain that the items are not in the unit. We are sorry you did not read the check-in instructions carefully, but ask if there is ever anything lacking to give us a call so we can help to make your stay pleasant.

Flying Cloud unit 503

Nice place, the bunk beds worked out great for the teenagers. Master bedroom is really nice with a private bath and side entrance to the outside patio. The blinds were easy to use and worked great to block out the morning sun. The kitchen was a good size and everything worked. Was nice to have a washer and dryer for small loads. Didn’t need to bring as many clothes as other trips. Having an elevator was a big plus from years past and very easy access to the beach. Beach was not too crowded, easy to find a place for everyone in our group. All in all everyone enjoyed the place, we would stay there again.

Ocean City stay in June

Great rental right on the beach. Unit is clean, well organized, and well furnished. My wife and I stayed with our 3 kids (10,8,2.5) and wanted the three bedrooms so that our little one could take naps in his own room. The first room in the unit worked well for this, as it is located behind the kitchen and away from the main area. Very spacious and comfortable week for our family. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils/pans/bagel toaster/glassware/etc. and the griddle was great for cooking eggs and sausage for breakfast. Main area is tidy and comfortable with the glass slider to the patio giving a beautiful view of the beach. Patio furniture was comfortable and nicer than most other units. Slider to the left of the patio leads to master and big glass windows combined with the patio give a gorgeous panorama view to wake up to the sunrise (shutters will not block out the morning sun in the master, so if you're not an early riser you may not like it). Patio was great to sit and enjoy a meal or take in the sights, sounds and smells of the rolling waves and birds nature provided. The beach in front of the flying cloud was consistently the least populated, which was nice; probably due to this building being one of the smallest on the beach. 2 minutes from our your door, to down the elevator, to in the beach. Beach is immaculate and well kept. Soft sand, horseshoe crabs- lots of osprey, blackhead seagulls, heron, storks and more make for awesome bird watching. One elevator leads up to the unit on the 5th floor and there is no real lobby, just a small waiting room with glass doors and walls on both sides to access the elevator. Bring a beach cart to carry stuff up and down the elevator because the stairwells are smaller. 20 minute drive to Assateague to see wild horses, 5-10 minute drive to boardwalk. Layton's donuts and breakfast one block over was a great place to eat. Highly recommend for families.
