IMPORTANT: Failure to complete this required step will result in a canceled reservation with no refund.

• Building includes security cameras & noise monitoring

• No Smoking. Subject to $500 fee.



PARKING

➤ FREE Parking for 1 vehicle is now included in this reservation. There is also a paid lot just a 1 minute walk from the building at 309W Trade Street, in case your coming with more than 1 vehicle.

**Starter supplies included. Guests are responsible for restocking consumables after the initial supply.**



**Towel Setup:**

• Each guest is provided with 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth.

• Additional bath towels are available upon request.

• For longer stays, extra towel sets may be provided depending on availability.
