Outside, the private backyard offers a calm spot to pause, breathe, and reset between work, travel, or weekend plans. When the Ohio air turns crisp, you’ll appreciate having a warm, comfortable home base that feels both restful and practical.



The space

This bright 2-bedroom condo is set up for guests who want comfort and function in equal measure. Downstairs, you’ll find an open-concept living area that makes it easy to settle in, stream a favorite show on the TV, or enjoy an unhurried evening after a day out. The fully equipped kitchen and dining table make meals simple, whether you’re cooking from scratch or keeping things easy during a busy work trip.



Upstairs, two bedrooms create a quiet retreat for restful nights, paired with room-darkening shades and thoughtful bedroom essentials.



Work-friendly comfort

If you’re working remotely or traveling for business, the dedicated workspace and Wifi make it easy to stay productive. Long-term stays are welcome, and with a washer and dryer on-site, you can pack light and keep everything fresh throughout your trip.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is fully set up for home cooking, with the appliances and essentials you need to prepare meals and unwind at your own pace. Whether you’re starting the morning with a quick breakfast or sharing dinner at the dining table, the space is designed for everyday ease.



Outdoor living

Step outside to enjoy the private backyard or patio/balcony area, perfect for a quiet moment of fresh air. A BBQ grill is available for guests who enjoy cooking outdoors. As a quick favor, please be respectful of the landscaping and leave decorative rocks in their planter beds.

You’ll be just 2 minutes from Hawks Nest Golf, with Rails-to-Trails nearby for easy outdoor exploring. The condo is centrally located - about 15 minutes to I-71, 35 minutes to Akron, and a scenic 45-minute drive to Amish Country.



Safety & peace of mind

Exterior security cameras are on the property to provide visibility of the parking lot and surrounding outdoor areas. The home also includes a smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit.



Wi-Fi & Streaming Policy

To ensure high-quality internet for all guests, only authorized streaming services may be used. The provider (MCTV) prohibits illegal downloads and pirated content. The use of jailbroken devices is not permitted, and violations will result in a $250 fine.

We provide a complimentary starter kit with basic essentials—perfect for short stays. For longer stays, guests may need to restock items as needed.

The property has weekly lawn maintenance, so you may see someone on-site during that time.

🚫ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES — ZERO EXCEPTIONS 🎉

This home is monitored by neighbors and staff who notify us instantly if a party or event takes place. If an unauthorized gathering happens, your reservation will be terminated on the spot and you’ll be required to vacate immediately without a refund (this includes no refunds on any unused nights). Any cleanup related to a party or "gathering" no matter the size will also incur additional cleaning fees and labor/material fees for any damages that were caused.



🚫Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay.



🤫 Noise:

Please keep noise to a minimum when outside. We use decibel readers (they don’t record conversations) to monitor levels.

🔇 Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM

💸 Excessive noise may result in a $500 fine due to past neighbor complaints.



🚭 Smoking:

No smoking inside the house — $500 fine for violation

Smoking outside is allowed



🚫 Strictly Prohibited :

Underage drinking or drug use

Unauthorized guests

🎉 No mini waste:

Avoid confetti, glitter, water beads, balloons, or tiny plastic/glass/metal pieces.



👫We respect my neighbors to the fullest and will not tolerate any gatherings, parties, or unauthorized guests. If you violate any of my house rules or those of the OTA community, you will be required to vacate the property immediately, and no refund will be issued for any unused nights.



🔥 Grill Use:

If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed—but don’t worry, just send us the receipt and we’ll reimburse you!

If it’s a charcoal grill, be sure to bring your own charcoal. Happy grilling!



🐾 Pets:

Max 2 dogs: $125 flat fee

Requests for 3rd or 4th dogs are subject to approval and an additional $100

❗Pets must be disclosed and approved in writing before your stay. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to cancellation without refund.

NO cats allowed!



👟 Shoes off inside:

Please remove shoes indoors to help keep the home clean — the asphalt driveway can track in dirt. We appreciate your understanding!

📌A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



📹 Security cameras are in place to provide full visibility of the entire parking lot and surrounding outdoor areas, located at the front door of Apartment B / Vintage Travel Apartment.



NOTE: Refunds will be issued minus any applicable Stripe payment processing fees, which are not recoverable on our end.
