The comfortably furnished vacation home "Lavendel" is located in a quiet residential area of Überlingen, near Lake Constance and in the middle of a beautiful landscape. The 80 m² large vacation home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, one of them with a further TV, as well as 1 bathroom with ground-level shower, washbasin/WC and another separate guest toilet with a large sink. The spacious apartment thus offers space for 2-4 persons. Further equipment includes Wifi, a washing machine, iron, clothes horse, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, microwave, ventilators and TV. The private outdoor area has a covered terrace with garden furniture and a parasol and a small garden. There you can have a relaxed breakfast or spend the evenings with a glass of wine and homemade dinner. In the surroundings there is a supermarket in 10 minutes walking distance (800 m), a bakery in 11 minutes walking distance (950 m), a shopping center - "La Piazza", 1,9 km (25 minutes walking distance). From the bus stop "Sonnenberg", which is only 80 m away from the house, you can reach the charming center of Überlingen with its beautiful architecture, the lively promenades and a thermal bath in only 5 minutes by bus line 2. From the center you can also reach the next beaches in about 15 minutes by foot (1,5 km). From the property the nearest beach, Ostbad, can be reached quickly by car in 2.6 km, where you can swim in the clear blue water and enjoy the beautiful lake and mountain panorama. 12.4 km away is the ferry landing stage in Meersburg. From here you can cross the lake to Konstanz and visit the picturesque old town with its centuries-old architecture and a famous cathedral. The Lake Constance region offers numerous great hiking and biking trails that lead through picturesque landscapes along the lake shore. Winter sports enthusiasts can reach some ski areas via the nearby Austrian or Swiss border.
