Situated only 200m away from the coast and the adjacent sandy beach, this luxurious and unique property "Manuela Sea Villa" is just a 10-minute drive (6 km) from the centre of Chiclana de la Frontera. The luxurious villa, stretching over 2 floors and 200 m² of living space, consists of a living/dining room, a very well-equipped open kitchen, 4 bedrooms as well as 4 bathrooms. The property can therefore accommodate 8 people - large families can enjoy their privacy in a luxurious and comfortable way. This elegant designer holiday home also features Wi-Fi, fitness equipment, air conditioning with heat function, a washing machine, a dryer and several TV sets. It also has a pool that can be heated during the winter months for an additional daily fee.

A baby bed and high chair can be provided if requested. Through the sliding glass doors of the living room, which can be opened completely, you can enter the extravagant outdoor area. A 24 m² infinity pool, an outdoor shower, lounge furniture, barbecue, sun loungers and a large, freely usable area welcome you to spend a pleasant holiday. Restaurants and supermarkets are within a radius of 750 m and the nearest bus stop is 600 m from the accommodation. A short walk of less than 200 m will take you from the villa through a pine forest to the sea. A public sandy beach, Playa de Barrosa, is only an 8-minute walk (700 m) away



Two parking spaces are available on the property and others on the street. The inner parking lot has an electric charger for electric vehicles. Bed linen and towels are included in the price.

Basement: two rooms with a living room, another kitchen, fitness room and 2 bathrooms, one next to a room and the other next to the fitness room. In this living room a sofa bed is available.



Please note that the lower part of the house cannot be accessed from the interior. It must be entered and exited separately, as it consists of independent spaces.
