Luxury holiday home for up to 10 pax with private pool close to the beach Casa Haizea is a new house in a class of its own and is ideal for large or 2-3 small families with its 5 bedrooms. The house is located between Conil and the district of Fuente del Gallo close to the beach, so you don't really need the car. It was finished in the summer of 2021 and is very modern and tastefully furnished. On the ground floor you will find the large living room, which is open to the dining area and the kitchen. Large windows and patio doors allow the terrace to merge with the living space in summer. The kitchen is fully equipped and when cooking on the cooking island you look out over the elongated pool. On this floor there is also a bedroom with two single beds and its own shower room and terrace. There is also a guest toilet. On the first floor there are two beautiful bedrooms with fantastic sea views. They are each equipped with a double bed and ensuite bathrooms. The refined architecture allows sea view showers in both bathrooms and both bedrooms have access to a beautiful sea view terrace. In the basement, which has floor-to-ceiling windows in all areas, there is space for another family: there is one bedroom with two beds and one with three beds, as well as a shower room. The large living room with a huge sofa and recreation area is especially attractive for children when the weather is not so good. Here is also a utility room with washing machine with integrated dryer.
All bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning (cold/warm), so that the house offers pleasant temperatures all year round. A special detail is the sophisticated lighting in the outdoor area and in the bedrooms.
