The Wailea Elua Village is a highly desirable premier vacation property located directly on Ulua beach in Wailea featuring 152 condos on 24 acres of lush tropical landscapes, luxury accommodations and breath-taking ocean views from in a low-rise village atmosphere. Located in the heart of Wailea, on Maui's sunny south shore, Wailea Elua Village sits on the sugary white sand of Ulua Beach, one of Wailea's premier snorkeling and dive beaches and is adjacent to Wailea's Andaz Hotel, Marriott Hotel, The Shops at Wailea, and Ol' Blue Golf Course. Special rates are available at Wailea's golf and tennis facilities for Elua guests. The Shops at Wailea, Wailea Town Center, Wailea Village Center, and Wailea Gateway Center are within walking distance.

Ideal for families, couples and friendly get-togethers, the beautifully appointed one-, two- and three-bedroom condominiums offer spectacular ocean or garden views and luxury amenities. Each condo has a private lanai, is tastefully furnished and has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave as well as a washer/dryer, cable TV and air conditioning.

Our stay at this Wailea condo was incredible. The ocean views were stunning, and the location—just steps from the pool and beach—couldn't have been more convenient. The unit was spotless, well-maintained, and fully stocked with everything we needed, including cookware, beach chairs, umbrellas, and coolers.The property management team was exceptional. They reached out before our trip to offer a proactive switch to this unit due to nearby construction at our original booking. Their communication was top-notch, and the welcome basket on arrival was a thoughtful touch.We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and can’t wait to come back!

Bugs ruined everything.

We travel to Wailea regularly and have stayed in a few different locations close by. This was by far our worst experience. Upon arrival we noticed several bug traps in the unit. It was late at night, so we didn't have a great chance to explore as we quickly went to bed. The next morning was awful. There were bugs everywhere. Several different kinds. We are not new to the tropics, and understand we need to keep things wrapped up and clean, but this was beyond that. Cockroaches, beetles, bugs of every description were everywhere. They were even in the dishwasher. I couldn't even prepare dinner without the bugs attacking the food as I was cooking. We asked for a move, and while we were accommodated, a day later, to a less expensive unit higher up in the complex with no sun deck and a non-stop smoker in the unit below which meant we could not spend any time outside our unit. Our refunded didn't even cover the cost of the unit differences, the lost day we had to pack up and move our belongings or a refund of at least one night stay. We endured two nights in this horrible unit. Fumigation is necessary in Hawaii on a regular basis, and I'm not sure why this unit wasn't cleaned properly and sprayed. Our vacation was ruined. I appreciated the managers help, but the lack of acknowledgement that our vacation was severely impacted and the lack of refund for a smaller unit right next to the road was laughable. While the new unit was clean, it was not what we paid for.

Phenomenal place to stay. Excellent kitchen and equipment. Well appointed bath and bedrooms. Multiple towels for bath and towels to use at beach. Washer and dryer excellent. Very short walk to beach. 3 minute drive to grocery store and small high end shops. 10 minute walk to grand wailea laua. Wonderful experience. Hope to return.

Highly Recommend!

My family of 5 had the privilege of renting this unit in April and we couldn’t be happier with our stay!! We’ve been to Maui multiple times and this was our favourite trip by far. The condo was well appointed with everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were spacious and well set up and the location couldn’t have been better as far as our short walks to the beach and the pool. Thank you for hosting us, we can’t wait to return again!

It has been updated with beautiful furniture & appliances, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is very well appointed, and the location can't be beat. It is located steps from BOTH the beach and the pool pavilion, but far enough away so you don't have any noise whatsoever. The gardens surrounding the Wailea Elua complex are lush with gorgeous tropical plantings everywhere. This condo provides the perfect setting for a Hawaiian getaway!

The condo was awesome. It was clean, and supported our party perfectly (6 total). It had plenty of chairs and even a bin full of beach toys and gear. The kitchen was stalked with everything needed for preparing and cooking if desired. Location was great as well, it was near the lower pool, and a quick 2-3 minutes to the beach, pickleball/tennis court, or upper pool. Great to watch the various birds come and go throughout the grounds as well, or just sit and listen to the ocean. I would recommend adding an umbrella for the beach. Definitely recommended if you are looking at the Wailea area. Shopping and golf are close by as well.

It is so close to an amazing beach with great morning snorkeling. The unit was in great shape with lots of space, smart tv’s to wind down your day and awesome decor that keep the hawaii vibe going even when indoors. We loved drinking our morning coffee on the patio looking at the ocean and listening to the birds and waves. Will definitely be back many more times.

Wonderful place to stay!!

We have stayed at Elua Village several times and this condo was excellent. It had a great location even though it didn't look at the ocean. It was close to everything. Parking was close. The unit had all the necessary equipment and more. A lovely lay out too! We will definitely stay here again.

Ideal location to enjoy Maui

This is a fantastic rental opportunity. The condominium was incredibly well stocked making it easy to buy some groceries and prepare some meals at the condo. It was very clean with high quality sheets and towels and comfortable beds. We had 2 adults and 3 teenagers. One teenager used the pull out couch in the main living area and said it was comfortable. The unit has a large, private lanai with comfortable chaise chairs that were blocked from the afternoon sun and were great for reading or napping. There is not a direct view of the ocean from the condominium but about 50 feet off of the patio leads you to a phenomenal view of the ocean and you are only about 200 yards from the beach. There were beach chairs, beach umbrella and beach towels supplied by the condominium. You have direct access to the the Wailea Boardwalk trail that allows you to explore the southern coastline by foot while looking for whales in the distance or turtles near the shore. It is an easy way to get to the nearby resorts and restaurants if interested and the condominium is less than a 10 minute walk to the Shops at Wailea. It is about a 5 minute drive to Kihei. The condominium complex is beautiful with stunning plantings that are well maintained throughout the entire property. It was quiet. We only used the pool nearest to the beach but it was clean with well maintained bathrooms. There is a gated entry by car from the main road and coded gates to enter the property from pedestrian entry points. There are tennis and pickle ball courts but we did not use these so I cannot comment on those. It was about a 45 minute drive to the Waihee Ridge Trail, about 45 minutes to Lahaina and about 15 minutes to Hoapili trail. I would absolute stay at this property again.

Beautiful place

This is the second time we have stayed in this unit. It is such a restful place and being able to walk down to the Ulua beach without getting in our car is wonderful. We also enjoyed watching the sunsets from the resorts private lawn area . We will take back great memories from our time here.
