COMPLETELY RENOVATED WITH GREAT LOCATION . WONDERFUL MORNING AND EVENING OCEAN VIEWS. LOCATED NEXT TO ONE OF THE 'QUIET' POOLS FOR AFTERNOON COOLING OFF.

Located on 33 acres of beautiful terraced property with breathtaking landscaped grounds in the heart of world renowned Wailea, Maui. The 1 bedroom, 2 bath, fully-equipped Condo has a lovely ocean view and is located just a short stroll to the beachfront pool & pavilion that is situated on the pristine white sandy beach, Keawakapu. Enjoy the 'quiet pool' within steps of the condo and evening sunsets from the lanai.
Two propane barbeque facilities are available adjacent to the quiet pool and picketball court just a few steps from the unit. In addition, a number of barbeque facilities are located at the main pavilion as an excellent spot should you want to entertain..

Take morning and sunset strolls along Wailea’s famed beach walk that winds along Wailea’s beautiful coastline fronting many of the five-star hotels and the Shops at Wailea.

When the owners purchased this Unit, they had the pick of the complex. They chose this Unit for the following reasons:

- Lovely ocean view
- Walk out onto the wide expansive green belt
- Private location

Lovely condo in a great location. We normally stay at the Palms, but wanted something closer to the beach this time. This was one of the best stocked condos we have ever stayed in. Just about everything you could need was there, especially in the kitchen. We made use of 3 of the 4 pools, the beach chairs and beach. Sadly we didn't find time for pickle ball but we will when we return.

Great stay

This was our 3rd time staying at the Ekahi property and this was our favorite of the three accommodations. We would definitely return to this lovely condominium. We appreciated the approximately 5 minute walk to the the pavilion and a bbq near the closer pool. The furnishings were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked with appliances and plenty of dishware, etc. The master bed was comfortable but the pull out sofa was not comfortable for our daughter. The unit was quiet except for the neighbor's A/C which could be heard on the lanai. We've stayed in another condo at the Ekahi where you could hear the annoying traffic. Mahalo for a great stay!

Loads of space

The property is spacious with lots of storage and a great layout. Fantastic view. There is a lovely lawn right in front of the patio for hours of enjoyment by the kids and adults. Short walk to all the amenities. Great location!! Defintely would stay there again!

Great & clean property very close to the beach!

Very nice property- lots of extras that were much appreciated! Beach chairs & toys, washer & dryer with detergent. Short walk to a fabulous beach. Very impressed!

fantastic Condo and fantastic weather

This condo has been our winter escape from the cold in Switzerland now the fourth time.What we like most is first of all the easy access to the very nice beach for barefoot walking and swimming. And second there is one lanai to rest, eat and looking at the sunset, and another lanai to escape to the shade when the sun starts to settle in the late afternoon. And the condo is equipped with everything you might need.

Relaxing Retreat

We enjoyed staying in this property after Christmas. The location of unit was perfect and great proximate to both the beach and main pool area. Roger was extremely helpful and communication was always timely. Only recommendation to the owner would be to replace the beach chairs and clothing drying rack as they were rusted and moldy so we didn't use during our stay. We would definitely come back in the future

Our second home

We stayed now for the third winter in this condo. It is like our second home. It has a good size for a couple and we like the two terraces. The big terrace has a nice view including for the sunset and the small terrace is nicely secluded and shady in the afternoon. The walk to the beautiful beach is not too long and leads through nice and well tended gardens. The owner was quickly responsive to any questions or issues that came up.

Just as advertised

The property is beautiful. The small pool by the unit is pleasant and quiet. The large pool has a great view of the ocean. It is a very friendly property. The location is excellent. Go out the gate and walk on the beach. The condo is comfortable and has everything you need.

Return to paradise!

My husband and I are lucky to have Wailea ekahi 28c as our home away from home for quite a few years now. Once we saw the value and location, we could not fathom staying anywhere else on maui. We visit twice per year and are consistently and pleasantly comfortable with Roger’s condo. View comfort convenience peace and quiet and thoughtful housekeeping touches make this a superb choice. Great place. Will stay in complex again.

Very nice lower pool. Full kitchen in common area. Great beach. Had to drag myself away from the property since it had all I wanted for this trip. Pure relaxation. Highly recommend.

Great location In proximity to the beach

Overall great for quick walks to the beach and pool. Plenty of toys for the sand, pickle ball court. Clean. Comfortable beds. Good showers. Beautiful views. Well air conditioned.
