This condo has a lot of character and maintains the original design. It’s an open concept with 9 windows spanning 3 walls- East, South, and West- providing sunlight throughout the entire condo all day.
The highlight of the living room is my peak whimsical purchase. No, not your regular, ordinary, lackluster beanbag, but a genuine, high quality, life-time guaranteed, luxurious Lovesac Supersac. The Lovesac is dangerous to sit in if you're trying to be productive, you'll sink into it like a cloud and be immobilized until you wake up hours later.
Free parking for 2 cars in lot, plenty of free street parking. Kitchen stocked with equipment for cooking when you’re not enjoying the local cuisine.
About 5-10 min to access any major Charlotte highway.
Why NoDa? It’s an artsy, hipsteresque neighborhood with a lot of character. Just down the street you can enjoy food and drinks from James Beard Award-nominated restaurants, fine Italian dining, a (literal) hole in the wall donut shop, Cajun food, coffee shop, vegan food, live music venues, and so much more.

There will be -Starter pack of toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, hand soap) and paper towels. -Bath towels, hand towels, etc -Dish soap, fresh sponge, starter pack of dishwasher detergent
This has been my home for 4 years up till November 2025.

You will have the entire condo to yourself, but please note that there are 3 flights of stairs and no elevator.

NoDa and Plaza are the best neighborhoods in my opinion. They are both walkable and they have such character and personality.

I've loved my lil condo so much because: -The sunlight it receives throughout the day always elevates my mood. -It's given me such easy access to everything while being removed enough to not be bothered by anything. Everything in Noda is about a 10 min walk or less, plenty of places to eat and drink. Plaza is a 10 min drive/uber. You just need to cross the street and go catty corner if you want to catch a bus. A 10-15 min walk will take you to the light rail to access uptown, South End, LoSo, and UNC Charlotte.
