The Space:
This beautifully designed three-story townhome offers generous space, privacy, and effortless indoor-outdoor living. The ground floor serves as the heart of the home, featuring an open-concept living and dining area filled with natural light. From the living room, step directly out onto lushly landscaped courtyard grounds, with the expansive resort-style pool just beyond, creating a seamless connection between indoor comfort and outdoor relaxation. A convenient half bathroom is also located on this level.
The modern kitchen is both stylish and functional, featuring quartz countertops, brand-new stainless steel appliances, and a large island with seating for three. A five-burner gas stovetop makes meal preparation easy, whether you’re cooking a full dinner or enjoying a casual breakfast before heading out to explore the island.
On the second floor, guests will find two comfortable bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom and walk-in showers. One bedroom is set up as a children’s room with two twin beds and a small table and seating area, perfect for colouring, crafts, or board games during downtime. The second bedroom features a king-size bed and large sliding glass doors that fill the room with natural light and open onto a private balcony overlooking the courtyard and pool.
The entire third floor is dedicated to the primary bedroom suite, offering a private retreat above it all. This spacious suite features a king-size bed, a walk-out balcony with elevated views of the grounds and slight ocean views, and a large ensuite bathroom with double vanity, a deep soaker tub, and a walk-in shower. The elevated position and full-floor layout create a calm, luxurious space ideal for unwinding at the end of the day.
Guests also enjoy access to the community’s beautifully maintained amenities, including a long lap pool with comfortable lounge chairs and umbrellas, perfect for both swimming and relaxing. Adjacent to the pool is the clubhouse and a fully equipped gym featuring sleek, commercial-grade equipment by True Fitness, ideal for guests who like to stay active while on vacation.

If the booking website does not collect it directly, a refundable security deposit of US$500 will be collected by the property prior to your stay.
