BLEIBE VIER.2 – Elegance with a Stunning View Enjoy elegant comfort and a breathtaking view of the Fichtelgebirge Mountains in this stylish vacation rental. The 80 sqm space accommodates up to 4 people. The open-concept living and dining area (26 square meters) with a high-quality kitchen invites you to relax and spend time together. Two tastefully furnished bedrooms (20 square meters and 11 square meters) guarantee restful nights. The modern bathroom (8 square meters) features a floor-level walk-in rain shower. The 15-square-meter terrace, complete with lounge furniture and a daybed, offers the perfect retreat in the garden. A few steps lead you to this exclusive apartment. A deposit of 25% of the total price is due immediately upon booking. The remaining balance (total price minus the deposit) must be received by the host no later than 14 days before the start of the rental period. Your vacation rental is available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival until 10:00 AM on the day of departure. Depending on availability, other check-in and check-out times may be possible upon prior arrangement. Towels and bed linens, a parking space, and use of the outdoor facilities and the separate multipurpose room (e.g., for summer and winter sports equipment, strollers, etc.) are included in the price. For guests arriving by electric car, we offer a 22 kW electric charging station at favorable rates. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted in the vacation rental (non-smoking vacation rental).
