Luxurious vacation apartment (55 m²) with south-facing balcony and bio-ethanol wall fireplace

When furnishing our cozy two-room vacation apartment, we placed great emphasis on comfort and high-quality amenities. The result is a cozy retreat that also features a small south-facing balcony with a great view, a gas grill, and a seating area. In the living area, a bioethanol wall-mounted fireplace provides extra coziness during the cold season. The beautiful real wood parquet flooring and the bright workspace with a desk and Wi-Fi round out the room. The new kitchen was expertly planned by a kitchen designer, custom-built, and installed to leave nothing to be desired. The custom-built built-in cabinets in the bedroom and entryway provide plenty of storage space and keep everything organized. A cozy bedroom with an excellent box-spring bed (180 cm x 200 cm) provides the perfect foundation for a good night’s sleep. The new bathroom, featuring a walk-in shower, rain shower, and large mirror, has been designed in a timeless sandstone look. Both of the latest Samsung TVs (in the bedroom and living area) naturally support streaming services (Netflix, Prime, etc.). A parking space in the building’s underground garage rounds out the amenities. Check-in: 2:00–6:00 p.m. Check-out: by 10:00 a.m. Keys are handed over in person on-site. Pets: not allowed.
