Primary Renter must be minimum 30 years old and staying in the house - ID will be required. Maximum occupants 8 persons and ABSOLUTELY no additional guests at any time. There is a 5 night minimum during the summer high season.

Lovely

The house was very nice, well organized and comfortable. It was wonderful to find a beachfront home that was just the right size for a smaller group. Moondance was well-equipped and nicely laid out. I especially enjoyed the loungers on the upper porch. So glad we spent our vacation here.

Exceptional!!

Great house, great neighborhood, great location! The property manager (Helen) is super easy to call with any questions. The owner (Jo) is so easy to talk to. I felt like I was talking to one of my longtime girlfriends the first time we talked! She answered all my questions & told me things about the area I didn’t know. I highly recommend staying here! My husband & I will definitely stay here again!

Great vacation! House was perfect. It was spacious and as advertised. Jo (homeowner) was fantastic. She was a great communicator and was very helpful by suggesting places to shop-eat etc. My fiancee and I had the trip of lifetime!

Fantastic stay

Everything about this house is first class… I’ve stayed at Carillon Beach three times and this is the nicest home yet…Perfect location right on the water and has everything you could need… Jo, the owner and Helen the property manager couldn’t have been more helpful. The six beach chairs included with the home are such a huge plus… Carillon is close to everything, and we couldn’t say enough positive about our vacation … we will definitely be back!

Beachfront Paradise

We loved everything about this stunning beachfront home in Carillon. We are a family of 5 - 2 adults and kids ages 13-23. Everyone was very comfortable and there was plenty of space to dine, play games and watch TV together. The owner and property manager were both very friendly and helpful with one small issue that arose with the Wi-Fi (just needed a reset) and it was up and working in no time. We’ve stayed in the area many times. Carillon is our favorite neighborhood, and this was our favorite home we’ve stayed in. While it’s not huge, everything is so well thought out, including plenty of comfortable seating, space to unpack for a long stay, and really functional cabinetry. Quick walk up to the little downtown in the neighborhood for coffee or food, and Publix and Rosemary both very short drives.

Perfect for families!

We LOVED our stay at this property! The location on the beach was perfect and the neighborhood was wonderful. There were two families and 4 kids ages 8 and 10. We had plenty of room and the kids loved riding their bikes around Carillon and over to Our Little Beach Cafe to get ice cream. The beach wasn't too crowded and the house came with 6 chairs and 3 umbrellas that were set up for us to use each day. The owner of the house was very accommodating and friendly to work with!

Fabulous Moondance

Our group of 8 (two families) stayed at Moondance for a week. The house is beautiful as presented in the listing, well equipped with everything we needed to cook, relax, and enjoy the beach. Towels, linens, furniture, and kitchenware were all well kept, clean, and new. The beds were very comfortable, and the AC kept us cool despite the heat. Wifi was strong and let the adults work effectively and the kids play on their devices during the brief periods of summertime rain. The property manager and the home owner both were proactive and responsive to our inquiries. We had a wonderful stay, would recommend this home to others, and we will be back!

We had a great stay at this lovely home which was located so conveniently on the beach. We loved the slower pace of this beach. The property owner was great to work with and willing to solve any issues quickly.

Beautiful and Amazing

We loved this house. It was right on the beach. Our 4 kids had a blast. The owner and property manager were very friendly and helpful. They even helped us get groceries ordered and delivered in the fridge before we got there. My wife loved the decor of the house. This was one of the best VRBO experiences we’ve ever had.

Beach perfection

Moondance is one of the top properties in Carillon and I highly recommend it to all. We've been coming to Alys and Carillon for many years and Moondance was a 'best ever' experience for our family. Of course, the location on the beach can't be beat and simply walking up to the house to retrieve an item (or fire up the blender) is a significant convenience. The home was spotless, stunningly beautiful and well-appointed. Jo was attentive and accommodating and a real pleasure to work with and to get to know! Enthusiastically recommended!

steps from the sand

This house is in a great location for those wanting to visit the seaside area but avoid crowds. It is probably better suited to families with older kids as the floor with the bunks (basement) does not have a bathroom and is two floors away from the primary (top floor). Overall a great house for a memorable vacation.

Fantastic stay

This house is gorgeous and it was perfect for our needs. The beach view is outstanding. We ended up cooking in in the gourmet kitchen more that expected because we couldn't find a better view at a restaurant than what we had on our back deck!

Fabulous Stay!!

What a wonderful, relaxing and fabulous stay we just had at Moondance. The decks were absolutely perfect to enjoy the dolphins that came by daily! The furnishings were lovely, just as pictured. The neighborhood was nice very and quiet, no crowds in sight on the beach. A perfect stay. Definitely will return!!
