Now I Sea is rare beach house with views of the beach and ocean in Inlet Beach. It is located three houses from Rosemary Beach (one of the closest rentals in Inlet Beach to Rosemary with gulf views) and directly across the street from the most western Inlet Beach access. This house has the most beautiful views of the ocean and unbelievable views of the sunsets from the second and third levels of this home. You couldn't ask for a better location...easy access to Rosemary Beach...but without the crowds on the beach.

Now I Sea looks directly at the white sand beaches and gorgeous blue waters of the Gulf Coast from the second and third levels. The walk to the private beach access is just a few steps from the front door. There is a community pool out our back door with lots of great lounge chairs and tables for you to enjoy. There is an outdoor shower on the front of the house to rinse off after spending a long day at the beach.

Now I Sea is a beautifully furnished home with lots of sunlight and expansive views of the gulf. The home has plenty of room for the privacy of everyone.

The first level has two queen bedrooms with a bath they share. It also has a master suite with a king bed and attached spacious en suite master bath. There is also a spacious laundry room on the first level with an ice maker to pack your cooler for your excursion to the beach.

The second level features on open floor plan with a large gourmet kitchen, dining, and living room. The kitchen and dining areas seat 12 comfortably, 8 at the table and 4 at the island. The living room provides comfortable seating for all and opens up to a large deck with a large sectional sofa and dining table that seats 8. There is also a speaker system throughout the living, kitchen, second level deck, and the third level deck that you can enjoy listening to music while you are relaxing and taking in the views. Off the kitchen is a stylish powder room that you will love. There is also a spacious master suite with attached master en suite bathroom off the kitchen.

The third level has another living room with a pull out sofa with an attached full bath. There is also a private bunk room with 4 bunk beds for the kids to enjoy. The third level has a sun deck with 2 chaise lounges and table that seats 4. The views and sunsets from this deck are truly amazing!

All bedrooms have luxurious linens and Stearns & Foster mattresses. All bedrooms and living rooms have LED wall mounted flat screen TVs. The house is also wired with speakers and sonos sound system in the living area and on both second and third level decks.

There is parking for four cars in the driveway. All linens, towels, paper supplies, and soaps are provided.

You are 25 minutes from the Panama City International Airport. You are 10 miles from Pier Park in Panama City Beach if you want to go to a movie, shop, or ride the rides!
