Large iron entry doors open to reveal an expansive, open concept, family friendly retreat with large chef's kitchen, huge familyroom and dining area. The gigantic double slider opens to the resort style backyard complete with pool, spa, and outdoor kitchen. The guest bedrooms are well appointed with large TV's, cozy beds and charging stations. With expansive lake and mountain views front to back, Cypress House is truly a desert gem.
The space
Centrally located to all the best attractions in Lake Havasu. Cypress House is just a 6-minute drive to Havasu Riveria Marina, 4-minutes to Downtown Main Street, and 5-minutes to the London Bridge/Chanel. Relax on the patio after a long day on the lake and take in the Famous Lake Havasu Sunsets! Enjoy city lights and Fourth of July Fireworks from the comfort of the Backyard Spa! The sparkling pool with Baja Shelf and outdoor kitchen, complete with a large SunBrite TV, offers a nice place to relax and refresh from the Havasu heat!
Looking for a place to park your desert and water toys out of the sun? Cypress House boasts a double-wide 58-foot deep RV garage and a 30-foot deep boat garage with a 9-foot high door and double mini-splits to keep your toys cool and protected. Still need more room? Cypress House also has a 40-foot driveway with a security camera to safely accommodate those extra toys or vehicles.
Cypress House has been carefully outfitted with cutting-edge smart features, including Sonos surround sound in the great room, a Sonos sound Bar in the Primary suite, and Sonos Speakers for the Exterior Rear Patio. Roku on all five LED TV's allows guests to stream their favorite shows and music by simply entering their check-in/out dates and passwords to their favorite streaming platforms! Don't forget to bring your passwords!
For the technology inclined, an iPad with the Hue App allows guests to set the mood with hundreds of color selections for various lights throughout the home. Set the tones to fit your moods. Guests can also turn lights on and off, open and close window shades, all with the iPad or wall-mounted switches.
Traveling with the kids? Cypress House is very family-friendly! The pool, spa, iPad, and TVs will keep them entertained in the evenings. For the highly active little ones, located within 750 feet of the home, is Cypress Park, a terrific place for the kids to ride bikes, play sports, fly kites, and enjoy the playground. All within a very short walk.

Guest access
All guests will have full access to the home.
Initial access will be granted from the Front door Entry Keypad. Guests should contact me with their personal 4-6 digit numerical code 48-hours prior to Check-in.
Upon check-in, a garage door remote will be located in the basket on the kitchen counter. Please use this for the duration of your stay to access the garage from the comfort of your vehicle.
Other things to note
POOL- The pool is not heated during the winter months (October 20 - March 30). During this time frame, the pool can be heated to your desired temperature for $275.00 initial heat up (one week notice before check-in required) and a daily maintenance fee of $58.00, to maintain your desired temperature for the duration of your stay. (Please note that accurate temperature is not guaranteed.)
Guests staying between (March 31- and October 19) have the option of heat or chiller maintained to their desired temperature for $25.00 per day.
SPA- The spa is not heated during the winter months (October 20 - March 30). Guests staying during this timeframe shall receive one free night of spa heating to their desired temperature. Additional nights shall be $50.00 per night. (Please note that an accurate temperature is not guaranteed.)
Guests with stays of 7 days or longer shall receive nightly spa heat-up service for an additional $20.00 per night after the first night.
Guests staying between (March 31- October 19), the spa is included in nightly fees.
GARAGE CLIMATE CONTROL- The temperature in the garage is not maintained. Guests have the option of climate control for the garage for $125.00 per night. (Please note that an accurate temperature is not guaranteed.)
GROCERY SERVICE- Want to make the most of your stay and time on the lake? Let us pick and deliver the groceries! Simply place and pay for your online order at one of the local Retailers (WALMART, SMITH'S, ALBERTSONS, SAFEWAY) 1 week before arrival. The day of your stay, we will pick up your order, deliver it to Cypress House, placing the groceries in the fridge/cabinets. Please check with us before placing your order to ensure we have availability on our schedule to pick up and deliver.
The order must be fully paid for before pick-up. We cannot accept responsibility for spoiled, misplaced, or substituted items, as this is beyond our control. The cost for this service will be $200.00 (does not include groceries)
