This apartment was fully equipped with everything you could need.The view was amazing. The Block was quite with no loud neighbours so we had a very relaxing and peaceful time. Plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance.A comfortable sofa after the long walks which was lovely.Bus stops outside the villa going into fuengirola and the other side goes into benalmadena so excellent location.Javier was fabulous, a pleasure to meet with him.We will definitely be booking again. Beautiful view, spacious, can hear the waves. Very calming. Javier is very responsive and will attempt to fix issues as they come up. Be aware hot water does run out after 5 min of use. If you're booking the place thinking of using the tub for rest and relaxation, that will be very difficult. I was unable to. I'm not sure how a family of 4 would be able to shower efficiently with only 5 min of hot water available. If you're there just for the view, then it's a great place. But tub and shower/hot water are limited. This was not noted in the original listing and did dampen the experience.

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful week at the apartment, only downside was the pool being out of use due to Spain’s drought. There is a busy road between apartment and sea but this didn’t bother us at all at nights it was quiet apart from the relaxing sound of the sea.

Great apartment

We had a lovely stay the manager was most helpful. The apartment was very nice especially the outside space with a well equiped kitchen. The only thing was you had to travel to get to Fuengirola or Menalmadena the apartment is on at the start of Fuengirola and the end of menalmadena

Fabulous apartment and Javier the host was superb. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Any slight hick up was sorted quickly and effectively.

Exactly as described. Met by owner and made welcome. Wonderful position overlooking the sea. Wonderful balcony and awnings for the hottest weather. Wonderful restaurants within easy walking distance. Have no hesitation in recommending this property.

Really beautiful apartment with incredible outside space. Beautifully decorated huge roof terrace perfect to relax at the end of the day. Stunning views from both the terrace and lower terrace for lazy dinners. Amazing sea views and super close to the beach which is not too busy and really unspoilt unlike the busier resorts of benalmadena and Fuengirola. Amazing fish restaurant on the beach too. Feels much more Spanish which we like, Beautiful shared pool clean and well maintained with shade and sun areas throughout the day. Javi was a great host very accessible and helpful with anything needed. We would highly recommend this apartment and I would love to return another time.

Beautiful apartment

Just got back from this gorgeous apartment and can honestly say we were so pleased with everything about the property. A lovely sunny, private terrace and a huge roof terrace all with views to die for. Everything you would need was available in the apartment, comfy beds in both bedrooms and no noise at night which meant being able to get a good nights sleep.Javier was so nice and friendly and as we arrived early he came to meet us and allowed us entry before normal check in time which was very much appreciated.Would definitely recommend Javier’s apartment to anyone looking for an above average property with exceptional sea views.

Wonderful week

The apartment was clean and the location was ideal for us- safe with a gated entrance, easy access to the beach (right across the street), several shops and restaurants nearby (within walking distance), and the owner, Javier, was very communicative (before and during our stay.) We tried several restaurants on the beach and every single one had delicious foods to choose from. We walked to get coffee each morning, picked up items from the markets nearby, and relaxed on the terrace which overlooked the gorgeous views of the water and town. The area was quiet, friendly, and we really enjoyed our stay. I would recommend this rental to anyone- and I would absolutely return if I had the chance.

Lovely apartment with stunning views of coastline

Apartment you could not fault. We could use the residential pool due to door issue with key and unable to open. Only other concern was barking dogs keeping us awake. Slightly over priced we felt but host was very polite and professional. Our holiday was slightly spoilt due to not being able to use the pool after a hot day and all part of the holiday.

Hello thank you for coming to my apartment, the pool door had an issue that couldn´t open easily but nobody in the building had problems to enter, anyway, the problem is solved, and when you told me I thought you alredy opened but waited till departure to tell me you couldn´t, so I was unable to fix it before.

Wonderful Apartment

The apartment is well furnished with good indoor and outdoor space. Well stocked kitchen, good facilities like a washing machine and air conditioning. The black out shutters are fantastic. The location to the Beach is easy - do not be put off by the proximity to the road - we heard the waves crashing on the beach more than we did cars due to the height of the building. Links to the railway and bus make getting about simple and quick. The host is kind and helpful. The local supermarkets are basic but useful, however there is a large supermarket less than 10 mins on the train. A wonderful place to spend a week in the sun.

Ok but …

The location is great . The appart is ok whit a great view on the sea. But.. The site is not recommended for elderly people or people with mobility problems. It takes a good heart and good legs to climb the long steep driveway to access the entrance of the building. the photo of the Verbo site showed a BBQ, but there was no longer a BBQ on the terrace... We had informed Javier that we would be absent for the first 2 days of our rental, but when we arrived, we had to wait 2 hours for cleaning. Javier had overbooked the apartment during our absence, which seems to us to be a lack unacceptable ethics.

Hello, there have been many senior people in the apartment since 2006 and this is the first time it´s mentioned that the entrance it´s a long ramp, because it´s the car entrance of around 30 meters and very smooth. Concerning the picture with the BBQ it´s already changed, because I forgot it was there, but anyway, if you look up for the BBQ on the services of the apartment, you won´t find it because it wasn´t there long time ago, but I suppose you didn´t have a look at it before coming to the apartment. And for the cleaning, I already told you that the person who normally comes to clean told me that couldn´t come before so because I knew you weren´t coming before I decided to clean that day, but definitely it wasn´t booked those two days because my minimum rental period on the web is one week, so it was impossible to book it, thank you.

Two happy weeks in October, by two ladies in their eighties.

VERY nice apartment with well equipped kitchens and bathrooms and all mod cons. Two very large terraces on sixth floor and roof with far reaching views of sea and coastline and views of sea from all rooms. Well furnished.Beds firm. Small shops, restaurant, buses and trains nearby. Small, very pleasant pool on site. Ten minute walk to beach and beach restaurants. Lovely beach, but I did not find it easy to get in and out of the sea. Interesting places to visit nearby - eg castle, butterfly. park, Roman ruins, white villages. We used taxis, but our first week was so hot we did nothing energetic. There is a very busy main road between the apartment block and the beach, easy to cross, but not ideal for those wanting peace and get away from it all tranquillity. first week was so hot we didn’t want to do anything nergetic.

Great location for the beach

We had a great week at this apartment. Very convenient for the beach, just a short walk of about 5 minutes maximum. The apartment has a well equipped kitchen, plenty glasses, cups and dishes, dish washer and good sized fridge freezer. The air conditioning is great and really keeps the place cool when you need it. After a day out it was good to come back to a good shower. There was always hot water. The bed in the master bedroom was extremely comfy. We would have preferred firmer pillows as the pillows were just a little too soft for us. The twin room beds were comfortable too. My daughter and her friend enjoyed having their own space. Very good sized terrace and sunny aspect. We didn’t use the solarium and felt this was an area that could be developed. It’s a great size and definitely under utilised. It would be great to see that as another outdoor space with furniture and some plants to make it more attractive. My daughter and her friend used the pool and they said it was great for cooling down. Perhaps there could be some fold away chairs stored in the terrace cupboard to take to the pool area. The train station is a short walk away which is great if you don’t feel like driving. Overall we had a great stay. We enjoyed the convenience of the the location. The apartment was just as it was described and the photos were a great representation of the property. We would certainly consider a return visit next year.

Very nice penthouse, but beware of busy road.

+ve - a very clean and well maintained apartment with stunning views of the sea and coast. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning was a godsend given the hot weather. The apartment is very well equipped The apartment is on the 6th floor and there is a lift. The top floor of the apartment itself has a bed, sun loungers and is very private. However, as it was so hot, we didn't use it much. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach and a 5 minute walk to the train station. There is a bus stop virtually outside the apartment. The pool is on the small side for the number of apartments in the block, but was very clean and well maintained. -ve - The biggest drawback as far as my wife are concerned is the busy main road in front of the property. It is busy from early morning until late at night. There are traffic lights outside the apartments and the noise of vehicles (especially motorbikes) pulling away from the lights spoilt the overall effect of the location. As a result, we didn't make much use of the outside space. Also right outside the apartments is a busy petrol station. The noise of people using the pressure washer also added to the issue. One final point to raise is that although there is a train station 5 mins walk away, there are 104 steps from the platform to the road down below. There is an alternative but longer route by the road that winds down. People with mobility issues need to be aware of this.

Nous avons séjourné chez Javier pendant 7 semaines. L’emplacement nous convenait très bien: près de la gare de train et des arrêts de bus. L’appartement était très propre et fonctionnel. La cuisine avait tout l’équipement dont nous avions besoin. Les chambres étaient très confortables. La salle à manger et le salon étaient très biens disposés. Les terrasses offrent une vue exceptionnelle. Javier a toujours répondu rapidement et efficacement à nos questionnements. En somme, cet appartement est exceptionnel et nous y retournerons assurément l’année prochaine.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Der Blick aufs Meer ist einfach traumhaft! Alles war sauber und die Betten sehr bequem. Die Klimaanlage hat in allen Räumen gut geheizt ( was im Winter wirklich wichtig ist, auch in Spanien). Javi ist ein sehr freundlicher und sympathischer Vermieter. Wenn wir noch einmal an der Costa del Sol Urlaub machen sollten, würden wir auf jeden Fall wieder diese Wohnung buchen!!!!

L’appartement était exactement comme décrit avec vue superbe sur la mer.Javier a été très gentil et réactif ce qui a rendu notre séjour plus agréable.La seule raison pour laquelle j’ai mis un 4 au lieu de 5, c’est que pendant notre séjour, il y a eu des travaux sur l’immeuble qui nous a empêché d’utiliser pleinement la terrasse. Naturellement, ceci était hors de son contrôle.

Er fijn penthouse met alles wat je nodig hebt, en een mooi uitzicht.De master bedroom heeft wel een erg smal bed. Wij hebben daarom de andere slaapkamer gepakt. Deze heeft twee een persoonsbedden tegen elkaar. Meer ruimte in het bed daarom.

Fantastisch huis op TOP locatie

Twee weken verblijf op de grens van Fuengirola en Benalmadena met het strand voor de deur. Fijn huis met hele dag zon op de diverse terrassen. Keurig schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Persoonlijk contact met gastheer Javier bij aankomst en vertrek was fijn. Veel voorzieningen in de buurt en het treinstation op 6 minuten lopen. Dagje Malaga is zo heel eenvoudig. Zwembad bij de accommodatie is in de winter niet geopend, maar er zijn 2 openbare overdekte zwembaden in de buurt. Wij komen hier vast en zeker terug!

Fantastisch verblijf

Wij hebben een geweldige vakantie beleefd in het penthouse van Javier. Javier is een geweldige gastheer en de accomodatie is perfect. Alles is er aanwezig om van een leuke vakantie te genieten. Als je de straat oversteekt kom je direct op de wandelpromenade en kan je tot in Fuengirola wandelen. Het penthouse heeft 2 geweldige terrassen,wat het zonnebaden aangenaam maakt. Un séjour de 3 mois inoubliable!

Si nous avons passé un excellent séjour, c’est grâce aux services de Javier depuis notre arrivée jusqu’à notre départ. Nous avons eu un chaleureux accueil de sa part et il nous a renseigné sur tout ce que nous devions savoir pour notre séjour dans le condo. Le condo, très bien équipé, était propre et en bon ordre. Une vue spectaculaire sur la mer et du soleil toute la journée ont fait en sorte que nous avons passé les 3 mois d’hiver dans le confort. Même si la température n’était pas toujours au rendez-vous à cause du vent parfois fort, il nous était possible de rester à l’extérieur sans sentir ce vent grâce à la magnifique terrasse qui nous protégeait. Cela nous permettait de prendre le petit déjeuner au soleil et l’apéro en fin de journée. Ce fut un plaisir grandement apprécié! Dommage que nous n’ayons pu rester plus de 90 jours, l’Espagne étant dans l’espace Schengen, car nous aurions prolonger notre séjour! 💞Nous recommandons ce condo pour le confort, la vue sur la mer et le calme de sa situation tel que décrit dans la publicité. Prachtige locatie, net appartement

Het appartement heeft een prachtig terras dat voldoende ruimte biedt om in de zon en de schaduw te kunnen zitten. Het nog grotere dakterras is niet ingericht om te verblijven. Binnen is het niet al te groot maar wel voldoende. De inboedel is wat gedateerd maar scoort nog wel voldoende. De locatie is geweldig, prachtige uitzichten en horeca en winkels op loopafstand. Het strand is netjes en biedt voldoende faciliteiten. De ontvangst en afhandeling is prima. Parkeren is ook goed geregeld.
