Open floor plan villa type property featuring outdoor front and back decks. New furniture. 1 KING sized bed with new deluxe mattress in master bedroom, Queen mattress in bedroom 2,new seally mattress on queen sofa sleeper in the living room. . Quality linens , comforters and extra pillows. 1100 living space square feet, totally space of home 2400 sq ft including decks and garage.
Full spacious fully functional kitchen and nice utensils.
3 flat Screen tvs , 1 in each bedroom and 1 main smart tv with access for Netflix and other streaming channels.
Nice deck on the front and the back of the property with outdoor sofa and chairs under the back canopy. Sun lounge chairs avaliable on the deck.
Garage fits one vehicle comfortably and securely with locking entrance and electric garage door.
Very easy walk to the beautiful white sand beach with access on both sides of home.
House has total room darkener shades for your convenience or open and let the sun shine in.

Non smoking house with no pets, so very clean sanitary home.
Low sound Central A/C and Heat
Brand new natural gas stove and oven.
3 pm check in and 10 am check out time and house will be ready to go. Late fee for late check out will be applied unless approved in advance by owners, flexiblily depending on our schedule.

Perfect size beach house for my family of four. Clean, convenient location to the beach, and furnished kitchen for all needs. Carpet looked new and enjoyed having a garage for our car. Would definitely rent this property on return.

Relaxing beach trip

This beach cottage was the perfect home-away-from-home for my family. It was super close to the beach with easy beach access. And it was very clean, updated, and well-maintained. While the home is located in a quiet neighborhood, it is close to shopping, restaurants, and bars (best of both worlds IMO). I give the property bonus points for the relaxing covered back deck area, outdoor shower, large garage and even a beach wagon. Will stay at this property again on our next visit to Pensacola.

Guys I love this little beach cottage. They had everything we needed to take to the beach wagons, buckets, chairs, nets, boogie boards and more. It was so close to the beach. Now it is for a smaller family keep that in mind, that’s what we needed! The host is amazing and the response time is amazing way better then anything I could do!!

Beautiful little Haven

This is an amazing little place to stay. It has everything you would need for your vacation. Including a wagon, beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. It was so awesome that they even had cast iron pans for cooking! There are many more things to this place, not to mention it was just a hop skip and jump to the beach(that is not very crowded on this end). Loved this home away from home and hope to stay again.

Our first time to the Pensacola area. The beautiful beach was only a short walk away from the house & there were many restaurants/bars just down the road. Checkin was very easy. Brad communicated promptly & he was very polite & helpful. The house was clean & it had everything we needed!

No need to look further, so book this house!

I looked on-line for a long time to find a home that checks all of the boxes. Look no further as this is the house for you, especially if you are a couple or have a family of four. Clean house, perfect size for up to four guests (home has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths), outstanding beach access, and good price. There were no issues with easy key access. Nice beach trip and low stress trip is exactly what we needed. Will return.

Great Location! This beach house is close to restaurants and activities but far enough away for peace and quiet. We offer a nice garage and a good amount of parking space. You will not find out of date furniture and sun tan oil stained furniture as in some of the local hotels and units. No pets here, so
there will be no pet stains or odors, or the covering up of stains , odors , or pet hair. Owners have years of experience with rentals.
Smoking is not allowed anywhere on this property so you can enjoy the refreshing sea breeze without tobacco smell.


Location is great, you don't have to deal with noisy lobby and chaotic packed sweaty elevators , just enjoy your relaxing , quiet ,no stress stay.
Every window in the home has room darkener shades for your convenience.
Gas Stove and fully stocked kitchen with coffee maker.
The property has central A/C with no loud sounds as with many of the local hotel chains who have compressor units kicking on and off all night long.
Walk down to local activities if you care for entertainment and come back to a quiet Greek/French style oasis on the beach!
Lots of light in the house
New Ceiling fans in Living room, and both bedrooms
Outdoor back covered deck with antique french doors to open on open deck
