We ask the person booking the reservation to be the only one communicating . No visitors to house please.

Relax and enjoy our 5 star rated property on Pensacola Beach. We are very attentive hosts and invite you to visit our 2 bedroom property.
Open floor plan villa type property featuring outdoor front and back decks. New furniture. 1 KING sized bed with new deluxe mattress in master bedroom, Queen mattress in bedroom 2,new seally mattress on queen sofa sleeper in the living room. . Quality linens , comforters and extra pillows. 1100 living space square feet, totally space of home 2400 sq ft including decks and garage.
Full spacious fully functional kitchen and nice utensils.
3 flat Screen tvs , 1 in each bedroom and 1 main smart tv with access for Netflix and other streaming channels.
Nice deck on the front and the back of the property with outdoor sofa and chairs under the back canopy. Sun lounge chairs avaliable on the deck.
Garage fits one vehicle comfortably and securely with locking entrance and electric garage door.
Very easy walk to the beautiful white sand beach with access on both sides of home.
House has total room darkener shades for your convenience or open and let the sun shine in.

Non smoking house with no pets, so very clean sanitary home.
Low sound Central A/C and Heat
Brand new natural gas stove and oven.
3 pm check in and 10 am check out time and house will be ready to go. Late fee for late check out will be applied unless approved in advance by owners, flexiblily depending on our schedule.

This house is exactly what we needed for our quick getaway! The sunroom was my haven ! 2 minute walk to a secluded beach ( so thank for for the wagon !) The sundeck was perfect for coffee and to hear the waves, oh! And the most comfortable bed! Can’t wait to stay again

This wonderful beach home is just what the doctor ordered and was perfect for the two of us. To start, it was nice having a garage to park the car out of the sun. Literally, one block from the beach with a beach access walkover and a wagon for transporting beach items. Enjoyed both options of having an enclosed and open back deck areas with comfortable chairs while drinking morning coffee and evening wine. Updates have been noted including a new refrigerator, kitchen pans, along with new interior painted walls and blinds. The home was clean and had everything needed. Finally, we enjoyed the garden area around the house with a lot of pretty plants including palm trees. We were able to cut freshly bloomed roses for the house. Will be back again.

This was our second time staying at this house, and we will definitely book here next time we are in the area. Super clean, walking distance to the beach, and close to restaurants and shops.

We absolutely loved this property! the host was excellent with responding fast and made it very easy to access the property at check in, plus you can’t beat a block and a half from the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

This was such a great beach house! The home was clean, up to date and perfect for our family! The owner was fantastic, very easy check in/out process and very quick to respond to any questions/messages. If we come back to Pensacola we will definitely stay at this home again!!

Prime location, very safe area a very short hop away from main hangout areas on the island. We were able to check in early for no fee and above excellent communication with the host!!! Older home, but the inside has been updated and was exceptionally clean! The outside of the property was nothing more than overgrown native foliage. Even trimming the small palms would go a long way to help the road appeal. Front deck was sturdy, although no view or chairs to utilize. Back deck is sagging and felt “unsafe at best”, and this is where 2 lounge chairs were located. Side and back yard of house was in shambles (owner stated contractor has been working at property painting). Old rundown/broken chairs and water boards shoved into trees amidst the weeds, etc. Couldn't use any of the area of the property other than driveway and elevated house. No grill was available (listing didn’t say one would be there) but in this location…we saw grills at nearly every other rental around us. Just feedback in case you wanted access to one. Overall, the location and cleanliness along with the host would definitely encourage us to stay at property again. Just know it’s a no-frills property from the time of booking surrounded by gorgeous multi-million dollars homes right behind/beside you.

Excellent location and comfortable stay

This property is very comfortable and located perfectly for a quiet stay w easy access to the beach. Just far enough away from the hotels that you have plenty of beach space but close enough to get to shopping and restaurants quickly!

Perfect size beach house for my family of four. Clean, convenient location to the beach, and furnished kitchen for all needs. Carpet looked new and enjoyed having a garage for our car. Would definitely rent this property on return.

Great Location! This beach house is close to restaurants and activities but far enough away for peace and quiet. We offer a nice garage and a good amount of parking space. You will not find out of date furniture and sun tan oil stained furniture as in some of the local hotels and units. No pets here, so
there will be no pet stains or odors, or the covering up of stains , odors , or pet hair. Owners have years of experience with rentals.
Smoking is not allowed anywhere on this property so you can enjoy the refreshing sea breeze without tobacco smell.


Location is great, you don't have to deal with noisy lobby and chaotic packed sweaty elevators , just enjoy your relaxing , quiet ,no stress stay.
Every window in the home has room darkener shades for your convenience.
Gas Stove and fully stocked kitchen with coffee maker.
The property has central A/C with no loud sounds as with many of the local hotel chains who have compressor units kicking on and off all night long.
Walk down to local activities if you care for entertainment and come back to a quiet Greek/French style oasis on the beach!
Lots of light in the house
New Ceiling fans in Living room, and both bedrooms
Outdoor back covered deck with antique french doors to open on open deck
Outdoor small sofa and 2 chairs and stackable chairs avaliable
