• 6 mins to the nearest grocery store

Guest Access:

Full access to the entire interior of home, and the entire backyard. Two driveway parking spaces provided. No garage access.



The Neighborhood:

We are conveniently located in a clean and quiet neighborhood in North Tucson minutes from the best dining and shopping in the Catalina Foothills and only a short drive to the University of Arizona and Downtown.



Getting Around:

Getting around by vehicle is best. We suggest renting a car or using ride share apps or taxis.



Other Things to Note:

Pool info:

The pool is not heated. It is typically warm enough to comfortably swim from June - September and the Tucson weather typically permits comfortably lounging outdoors around the pool all year round!



Health & Safety Info:

The home is equipped with a fire extinguisher under the kitchen sink, first aide kit in bathroom, smoke detectors throughout and a carbon monoxide detector in the living room. The backyard is fenced and the pool does not have an additional gate surrounding it. Do not leave pets and children in backyard unsupervised. In Tucson, Arizona we share the land with wild birds, snakes, insects, coyotes and other wild animals. Although not likely due to the area of the home and block wall surrounding it, there is still a possibility for a wild animal to enter the backyard. Always keep children and pets supervised.
