Parking is subject to availability upon arrival and must be confirmed with reception staff.

You’ll be close to restaurants, cafés, convenience stores and local favorites. The area offers a great balance between beach access, dining, and a more relaxed residential setting.



The building is also located near the police station, adding an extra sense of security to the area.

Other Things to Note:

- Sofa bed linens must be requested before 4:00 PM on check-in day. Same-day delivery is not guaranteed after that time.

- Complimentary starter kit included on arrival: toilet paper, trash bag, soap, shampoo, coffee, sugar, sweetener and bottled water. These items are not restocked.

- Salt, oil & pepper available upon request before 5:00 PM.

- Cleaning services and linen/towel changes are available for an additional fee. Please request at least 24 hours in advance.

- Daily cleaning is not included in the rate.

- Please take care of linens and towels. Do not use them for floor cleaning or makeup removal to avoid additional charges.

- Travel cot available for USD 15 per stay, subject to availability and advance request. Confirmation is required.

- Parking is subject to availability upon arrival and must be confirmed with reception staff.

- For short stays, 15 kWh per day are included. Any excess usage is charged at MXN 4 per kWh.

- For stays of 28 nights or longer, electricity consumption is charged separately at MXN 3 per kWh.

- For stays over 7 nights, a mandatory weekly cleaning/linen service applies at an additional cost.

- The dishwasher is currently out of service and has been removed from the amenities list.
