Gated - 1 of 6 two level apartments walking steps to the beach. Host was very communicative. Property was nice, looked like the photos just didn’t feel as clean. White bedding, towels, couch covers, house was swept, counters cleaned and stuff put away. Had lots of things someone wouldn’t want to pack when traveling; beach cart, beach towels, bikes, helmets. Was so nice having a washer and dryer to use. When I said it didn’t feel clean - the utensil drawer had crumbs and hair- there was tons of stuff and dust behind the couch - the utensil holder had dust and crumbs in the bottom. Not the end of the world but, not the level of clean we’d expect staying in a suite at a similar price point. Also, the organizing isn’t the best. The back porch had stuff piled everywhere making the place unusable - lots of beach stuff wasn’t maintained and had broken handles. We had a 10 month old and there was was random stuff stored under the stairs that was exposed to the living-room, on the other side of the tv wall. was a full time job keeping him away from that area and off the stairs. Definitely should have brought a baby gate. Would be beneficial for the host to stay in the unit. There were Nespresso pods for the Keurig and random things that would just elevate future guest experiences. Didn’t realize that the AC was two mini portable units that are upstairs in the rooms, worked out okay in July but was a little warm and muggy in the downstairs during the day. Overall great, would return.
