If you don’t want to give up your usual freedom of movement—<br>—even during your visit to Hamburg or on your business trip, our<br>small apartment offers you a lovely temporary home.<br><br>Our cozy living area, with its wonderfully comfortable seating area, satellite TV, and<br>, provides you with the comforts you’re used to even while traveling.<br><br>Our kitchenette is practically equipped: it has everything you need for<br>self-catering guests: refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, electric stove with 4<br>burners, pizza oven, toaster, coffee maker, and electric kettle<br><br>The apartment sleeps 3 people and is comfortably furnished.<br><br>• well-equipped kitchenette<br>• Mediterranean-style bathroom with walk-in shower <br>• Apartment size approx. 50 sqm <br>• 1 bedroom (box spring bed) – blackout curtains + electric exterior shutters<br>• 1 additional sleeping space in the living room<br><br>• Ideal for couples and small families or small groups of up to 3 people <br><br>• Good access to public transportation (the “U1/U3” subway lines are within walking distance). Bus lines 22, 25, and 20 are just a few minutes’ walk away<br><br>• The University Medical Center Eppendorf (UKE) and the Martiniklinik are located in the immediate vicinity <br><br>• There are plenty of shopping options available<br><br>• Eppendorf is very green; Eppendorfer Park, Haynspark, and various green spaces are perfect for taking a stroll. <br><br>• Numerous Alster canals with their walking paths offer excellent recreational opportunities.<br><br>We would like to point out the following: <br><br>Minimum age for the primary tenant: 20<br><br>Max. number of guests: 3 (Children count as guests too 😊)<br><br>Smoking is not permitted in the apartments. We cannot accept the apartments as being in good condition if the rooms smell of tobacco or smoke.<br><br>Rent includes electricity and bed linens—but does not include towels, dish towels, or cleaning cloths. Cleaning supplies are provided.<br><br>We generally charge a security deposit of between EUR 100 and EUR 300 <br><br>Final cleaning—optional—EUR 59.00<br>Towels: EUR 5.70 per person per change<br>Bed linens: EUR 8.70 per person per change<br><br>In Hamburg, the Hamburg Culture and Tourism Tax must be paid.
