The house "Am Knill 42" is located on a Pfeifenstielgrundstück on the border of the district Farmsen-Berne. Parking is available in front of the house. The U1 (Farmsen) is within walking distance in 12 minutes. From there you are in 22 minutes at the main station. The EURO-University (ILS) is within 15 minutes walking distance. There is also a bus connection there. Restaurants available.

Combined bedroom and living room with a small hallway. Cooking facilities are not available in the apartment (35 m²), but a kettle and a Nespresso machine. There is also a fridge and a microwave. Coffee, tea and mineral water are included in the price. Breakfast can also be served on request. There are in the immediate vicinity (within walking distance in 15 minutes) 2 bakeries, which offer 7 x weekly breakfast. All windows are equipped with opaque Venetian blinds.

Private entrance and exit to the garden with sitting area. We are happy to provide our guests with two bicycles on loan. We also have a 24-inch bike for a child. With it you can go shopping or to the subway, or you can also reach the EURO-FH (about 2.5 km from us). We can also provide an air mattress with bed linen for a third person for an additional charge of € 3.00 / day.


If required, our guests can also do their laundry with us and we can also provide an iron.
